In Wuhan, a nice day starts from the breakfast. You can have different kind of food every day for a month. If you see a long line waiting before a food store, don’t be surprised ---- it happens every day.
I’m the biggest fan of hot dry noodles. You can see people holding hot dry noodles or tofu skin everywhere on the street. They eat as if there is no one else present. People on the run won’t wait long until a piece of tofu skin is ready. Look, there’s one carrying a bag of tofu skin with one hand, holding the Wuhan IC card with the other hand, rushing to the bus station. The beautiful sunshine lights up the road he moves. This fast-paced city seems to do everything in haste.
