五. Writing: The development of simplified characters
简化字不同于繁体字因为它更加方便使用。
20世纪50年代中国政府介绍了简化字。
开始时,简化字并不是受所有人的欢迎。随着时间的推移,简化字在社会发展中起了一个重要的作用,对汉字的普及有着巨大的贡献。简化字已经对很多人尤其是青年人有着很大的影响。
总体上说,只要我们能把简化字和汉字文化结合起来,我们一定会从中受益更多。
