• My dear friends,
• Reading is very important. We can get knowledge through reading. It can make us happy and open up a whole new world to us. However, some students spend much time in listening to music, watching TV or playing computer games online. It takes much of their spare time. What a pity!
• So, I would like to advise everyone to read books. We can ask our teachers and parents for some advice about reading. Some books can be borrowed from the school library by us. Some books are bought from bookshops. We’d better read the four great classical Chinese novels. Before reading, we should read some reviews about the book. After reading, we can discuss it with our classmates, then write a book report—what the book is about, what you think of it and so on.
