Return Current Unit)consists of a Brush housing providing the guide way of 3 independent Brushes of rectangular cross section 20mm x 40mm,and closed by a reinforced cover,made of an insulating material.ERCU（接地回流装置）是由一个能对3个独立的20mm x 40mm方形截面碳刷提供导向的刷架和封闭的压 紧盖组成的，用绝缘材料制成。3 self-recoiling springs apply a constant pressure on each of the 3 Brushes.3个自回转弹簧对3个碳刷的施加恒定的压力。Pressure systems are independent and are fixed on the Brush housing.They can be easily removed.压力系统由刷架确定并固定在刷架上，它们易于拆除。Brushes are made of a mix of copper and carbon powders compressed under high pressure,grade MC79P.Each Brush has 4 copper braided Cables,and of a dumper device made of an absorbing material placed between the Brush and a rigid plate receiving the Nm.件号8的紧固力矩34Nm。ERCU with speed sensor Ref:K1031996A有适配器的接地回流装置:K1031996A Place the gear wheel(not supplied by MERSEN)around the Adapter Item 6.在件号6适配器前放上测速齿轮(不是美尔森供货)Place the slip disc Item 2 against the Adapter Item 6.件号2摩擦盘顶着件号6适配器。Mount this sub assembly on the axle end cap.在轴端上安装这个分组成。Put grease or lubricant at the extremity of the HM10 Screws Item 9.在件号9螺钉HM10末端涂成油脂或润滑。Place Screws Item 9 and washer Item 14放上件号9螺钉和件号14垫圈。Torque the HM10 Screws Item 9 to 34Nm.件号10即HM10螺钉的紧固力矩为34Nm。Refer to drawings below to see details of these 2 ERCU versions.参照下图查看两个接地回流装置的详细情况。During this operation take caution to not pollute the friction area of the slip disc and the Brushes with any grease or lubricant,cleaner products and chemical products.在操作过程中请注意不要弄脏摩擦盘的摩擦区域，并且碳刷不带任何油脂或润滑、清洁产品和化工品。Avoid all fingerprints on this surface.表面上不允许存在指纹。Check the gap between the speed sensor and the teeth of the gear wheel,using a set of shims.This distance must be in accordance with the requirement of the speed sensor supplier.用一套塞尺检查速度传感器和齿轮的齿之间的间隙，这个距离必须遵照速度传感器供货商的要求。(To do this measurement on an ERCU already installed on the axle box,remove first the insulating cover of the ERCU 在接地轴端测量这个间隙，首先要拆下接地回流装置的接地盖)。Slip disc摩擦盘 Screw H M10 x25 torque to 34 Nm with grease or lubricant 螺钉H M10 x25 力矩34 Nm，涂装配膏 Adapter适匹器 Slip disc摩擦盘 Screw H M10 Cover before placing the Flat seal Cover with the Flat seal 放置密封垫之前的接地装置 有密封垫的接地装置 6.3.1)Mount the Flat seal安装密封垫 Ref:Q1032461。.Do not grease,or lubricate the Flat seal 密封垫不允许有润滑油或脂。Take caution that page页码:16/23SBP06-AQ-019A 6.3.2)Tight the cover following the 4 steps as below按照下面4步拧紧接地盖 Place oil or grease at the extremity of the 6 Screws M8X40 Item 11 在件号11的6个M8X40的螺钉末端涂上装配膏。Place the 6 Screws M8X40 Item 11 and washers Item 15 and 16 until contact.安装件号11的6个M8X40的螺钉和件号15及垫圈。4 Extremity of Screws must be greased or 5 Lubricated 1 螺钉末端必须涂装配膏 6 2 3 c)Torque to 8 Nm according to the following procedure in order to balance the tightening.为了均衡拧紧，需按照下面的顺序拧紧到8Nm.4 Extremity of Screws must be gr
