Unit 8 SportThe second period一、教学内容 本单元是人民出版社开心学英语“Friends with English”，三年级上册unit 8 Sport，以下是第二课时内容：Story, Practice 2 and song.二、教学目标1知识与技能目标（1）能动用“Do you like?”来询问他人所喜爱的球类，及用“Yes,I do .or No, I dont.I like”来回答，培养语言交际运用能力。(2) 能就Practice 2 的图片和句子Do you like ?进行问答。（3） 能够理解Story并能模仿朗读。（4）能够听懂、会唱歌曲Do you like baseball?。能够灵活运用有关水果的单词替换歌词中的球类。2情感目标（1）培养学生良好的体育运动意识，锻炼身体。（2）培养学生团结友爱的精神和平等互助意识。三、教学重点，难点。（1）会用 “Do you like?”来询问他人所喜爱的球类，会用“Yes,I do .or No, I dont. I like”来回答，培养学生的语言交际能力。（2）能够理解Story并能模仿朗读。四、教学准备1.教师要准备课件.6张单词卡片和图片。2.教师要准备Gogo, Tony和 Jenny的头饰。3.教师要准备一些球类的实物:baseball,soccer. 4.教师准备教学光盘或录音机。5.学生要准备几张球类小卡片。五、教学过程：Step 1 Warm up.1.Free talk T: （Face to S1 ） Hello, nice to meet to you! S1: Hello, nice to meet to you ,too! T: This present is for you. （Face to S2 ） Hello, Do you like ? S2: Yes, I do. T: OK! Here you are.2.Listen to a song :Do you like baseball? 【设计意图; 通过歌曲形式互相问候，拉近了学生与老师的距离，积极回答问题学生可得到一张精美礼物，调动了他们的学习英语的积极性。】 Step 2 Pre-reading1. Show the fruit to the students. T:（ Bring a soccer to the students） （ 板书句子“Do you like ?” Ss repeat. ） T: （ Face to S1） I like soccer. Do you like soccer ? S1 Yes, I do. 【设计意图：导入是一门艺术，通过交谈，让孩子们自然也很顺利进入到了要学习的句型。学生的学习热情高涨，对整节课的教学做了很好的铺垫。】2. Review some balls. T: Lets look at the picture and read aloud.Ss: Read the word one by one. soccer,baseball,football,tennis,basketball,ping-pong 【设计意图：通过video的方式呈现了很多有趣的球类动画图，学生很兴奋地跟着读起来，表现了学生积极参与的意愿。】3. Look at the pictures and do the pair work. T： There are many balls here. （ Face to S1 ）I like baseball. D o you like baseball? S1: Yes, I do . T: Very good! （ Ss ask and answer each other with the sentences Do you like ?）【设计意图：情景创设达到了交际的目的，并加强了学生合作意识，以及自主学习的精神，培养了学生的创新思维。】 Step 3 While-reading1. Watch the story and find out the answers. T: I like baseball. S1 likes ping-pong. What about Tony, Jenny and Gogo ? What do they like ? Lets watch carefully.（Ss watch the story .） T: （ Look at the form and tick or cross ）soccerbaseballTonyJennyGogo T: Do you know ? Lets watch again.（Ss watch the story again .）2.Check the answer. 【设计意图：让学生整体感知对话的内容同时带着问题去理解文本，通过看和听，获得了信息，也使学生养成了良好的听的习惯。】3.Gogo likes baseball. What about me?(Show a picture and say) I like ping-pong .4.Teach the sentence, and ask the students make more sentences like the models.5.Play a game to practice this sentence。（ 剪刀石头布 ）【设计意图：通过朗朗上口的游戏，巩固所学的知识，还扩大了知识量，达到使用英语口头交际的目的。】6.Show the masks of Gogo ,Tony and Jenny and guide to the sentence .Good. We like baseball. Lets play! And then teach the sentences.7.Ss say and do the actions with their partners. 【设计意图： 三年级学生特别喜欢角色扮演，他们大胆做动作，乐于表演乐在其中，小学生的童真与可爱在这一环节表现得淋漓尽致。】8.Learn to read the story and circle the right words.9. listen and circle the right words . For example, I like Soccer. You should circle the word soccer. . （ Ss listen three times and circle the words . ）10.Lets read aloud together and check the answers.【设计意图： 学生在这一环节又可以通过听力的方式对整个故事进一部进行整体感知，对三年级学生听力的培养是重点。】 11.Group work and then role play the story. （ Ss role play the story in groups. ）【设计意图： 对学生进行朗读的技巧指导，有利于他们更容易地理解故事大意。学生喜欢模仿和表演通过分角色的表演朗读，培养他们的朗读水平，同时培养他们敢于说英语，勇于表达的能力，最终达到把英语进行交际的能力培养。 】Step 4 Post-reading1.Ss retell the story following to the teacher. T: Lets tell the story together. Tony, Jenny and Gogo are playing in the park. They talk about sport. Tony and Jenny like baseball, and Gogo likes baseball, too. So they play baseball together. Gogo plays the baseball to the space, Its very great.（ Ss reapeat one sentence by sentence after the teacher. ）【设计意图：学生在老师的帮助下尝试复述Story . 让学生从整体感知已整合的小篇章阅读，从三年级起初步在第一课时渗透阅读知识。】2. Sing a song.(1)Students listen to the song “Do you like baseball?” carefully.(2)Repeat and sing by group. Then make a new song.(3)Sing by pairs. 【设计意图：歌曲是学生们感兴趣的活动，它能使学生更好地学好英语。】Step 5.Summary 教师小结本节课所学习的内容。 Doyou like soccer？Yes, I do. Do you like soccer, Jenny? No, I dont. I like baseball.
