machines,specially the yoke,is of enormous importance for a stable and successful process!Contamination with diamond wire cutting is very persistent and requires an appropriate maintenance and 75 cuts Before removing cutting yoke:check if CUs are switched off!Then remove cutting yoke and work according to list below.每切割 75 刀 Load cell rollers-general Take care when disassembly load cell rollers!They can be damaged if removed with too much use of force.There are 3 load cell rollers in the yoke.8.Load cell rollers-clearance Check and clean clearance of approximately 1 mm with measuring roller.Check that screws are not too long,they can block bearing units!11.Deflection rollers exchange-assembly 变向变向轮轮定位定位 圆柱体与支架必须完全清理干净。重点：滑轮后面的间隔装置必须清理干净。检查锁紧螺丝是否太长，否则会锁死轴承。Page 8/11 Maintenance of BM 850 BrickMaster Assembly parts and fix them.All contact surfaces must be clean and slightly greased,for easier disassembly!12.Guide roller(Version without shaft)Disassembly rollers and clean them as described above(8.).Check if bearing unit runs smoothly.If not:dismount bearing and clean surfaces at air cleareance.1.Remove cover.2.Release shaft nut.3.Pull out shaft,clean completely surface and groove from Si built up.4.Clean surface at pedestal.5.Grease shaft and re-assembly all parts.Very important:check running characteristic-direct influence on brick dimensions.13.Guide roller(Version stop is free from dirt.It is important that the groove number can be read!Disassembly rollers,clean completely contact surfaces of roller flanges and cylinder surfaces.A hint:put flange in water
