产品简介:
奈米辐射散热片产品,系利用高热传导性的金属,如铜、铝,并对此金属基材表面进行特殊处理,再结合高辐射特性的奈米材料,置备出上述特殊的介质结构,同时具备(均/散)热性能佳、轻薄之复合基材散热片。在现今电子产品材料不断追求微小化与轻薄化的趋势下,能提供电子产品消散废热并提高其稳定性与可靠度。
GRA系列产品乃以铝箔材料为主,经表面处理与固态奈米辐射散热材料涂布后,置备出可取代现今电子系统常使用石墨片或金属箔片。本系列产品并可搭配专属设计的高导热超薄散热背胶,使产品具有绝佳的效能与轻薄的方便性。
