学校2016健康教育工作计划篇一：2015-2016年健康促进学校工作计划 水田乡中心学校2015-2016学年健康促进学 校工作计划 为进一步贯彻落实学校卫生工作条例促进我中心健康教育的有效开展，学校通过多种多样的健康促进活动，向学生的学习和生活中渗透。从学校政策、安全、营养、环境、控烟、个人卫生习惯、心理健康、卫生设施和社区参与等方面进行全方位的健康促进和健康活动，制定本学年健康教育计划。 一、健康教育 健康教育与健康促进的重要性已经受到我国政府和国际社会的高度重视。健康教育是学生素质教育的重要内容，重视健康教育工作不断提高师生的健康意识和自我保健能力。通过有计划、有组织、有系统的健康教育教学活动促使学生自觉地采纳有益于健康的行为和生活方式，消除或减轻影响健康的危险因素，预防疾病、促进健康和提高生活质量。 1、宣传形式 广播、.班会、家长会、教师会、健康促进学校理论知识培训、健康讲座、健康教育课、健康知识检测。 2、主要内容 （1）红十字会法的宣传 （2）平衡膳食，锻炼与控制体重；拒绝烟草，毒品防意外伤害；预防近视，龋齿；心理调节；传染病防治，慢性病的防治；交通安全；自然灾害的应急处理。3、措施与安排 （1）安排每两周一课时的健康教育课； （2）制定健康实施计划及各类制度，控烟、安全、健康教育、艾滋病预防、卫生、传染病防控、食堂饮食卫生管理等资料把健康相关问题融入学校综合管理，促使学校充分发挥教师的潜能以促进学生、学校员工、家庭和社区成员的生理、心理健康和完美的社会适应能力； （3）在全体班主任会议上强调健康教育与健康促进的重要性，并对学校的安全卫生工作进行布臵，分配各班卫生包干责任到人充分发挥班主任在健康促进实施中的主导地位。9月20日为“国际爱牙日”，对各班进行布臵要求各班利用墙报、宣传窗、卫生委员培训、班队会等多种形式进行爱牙护齿知识宣传教育提高师生对护齿的知识，增强蛀牙防范意识。10月7日为“全国高血压日，在师生中开展“高血压防治知识”主题宣传活动，教导学生如何测量血压，引起高血压的因素和控制血压方法等知识。提高师生对高血压防治知识的认识。11月14日为“世界糖尿病日”开展以糖尿病知识知多点为主题的宣传教育活动。12月1日为“世界艾滋病日”用讲座等形式对学生进行艾滋病预防及禁毒教育、青春期生理卫生、心理卫生教育及饮食卫生、营养卫生等教育。充分利用广播、黑板报多媒体等传媒开展健康教育。使学生明确健康的概念培养学生树立“健康第一”的理念 二、加强心理健康教育1、继续开展以各学科渗透心理健康教育为主的探索与实际活动。 2、创造条件开展心理咨询和心理辅导提高学生心理素质。 3、充分发挥主题班会的主阵地作用要求各班每月开设一节有关心理卫生健康教育的主题班会。 三、学校卫生环境 配合抓环境学校卫生环境教育培养学生养成教育注意个人卫生和环境养成维护校园环境卫生习惯。 1、加强校园卫生管理，优化美化校园环境，积极开展爱国卫生活动。每周一进行全校卫生大扫除，通过集体劳动发扬团队精神密切师生、同学和其他人员间的人际关系形成一种和谐健康的气氛。 2、坚持一日三扫，经常与突击相结合坚持学校卫生检查制度，使学校卫生面貌达到彻底改观 3、学校房屋加固期间，加强学生安全教育，采取有效防护措施，消除不安全隐患，尽量减少学生意外损伤事故。 4.严格学校食堂、饮用水等饮食卫生管理制度，加强检查、监督力度，认真贯彻食品卫生法，防止病从口入，杜绝食物中毒事件的发生，确保师生饮食卫生安全。 四、学校卫生服务学校卫生服务，是直接关系到学生健康状况的活动，是整个学校卫生规划不可缺少的部分。 1、 建立健全师生的健康档案，坚持每两年对全体教职工进行一次健康体检，为教育教学工作提供健康保障。 2、坚持每年对全体在校学生进行体检，并认真、及时做好体质评估、统计及各类报表的呈报。发现问题及时与班主任或家长联系，通报学生体质状况发出告诫家长通知书。 3、 做好“六病”预防及学生常见病防治工作，开展近视、沙眼、龋齿、贫血、营养不良、肠道蠕虫等疾病的防治工作。 4、加强传染病防治工作，对学校公共场所如教室、食堂、学生宿舍、计算机房、厕所等进行定期消毒处理，落实各项预防措施，严格执行传染病防治法，消除校园内可能导致传染病流行的各种隐患。各班必须做好晨检，严密观察学生的健康状况，做到早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗，杜绝传染病在学校的爆发和流行。为了有效预防呼吸道传染病，各班必须经常开窗保持室内空气清新，并设专人负责。 5、 校医要认真做好卫生报表的填报工作，积极参加有关部门的会议和培训。各种工作要严格按照健康促进学校实施细则，规范管理使健康理念溶入到学校的各种工作中。 蒙自市水田乡中心学校 2015年9月5日篇二：20152016学校心理健康教育工作计划 20142015学年度（上） 桑营镇中心学校心理健康教育工作计划 桑营镇中心学校 高洁 我校心理健康教育工作贯彻“以预防和发展为主，以干预和咨询为重”总体发展思路。通过对学生心理现象的解析，增强宣传普及心理健康知识的实效，进一步推进普及心理常识、传授心理调适方法、介绍心理保健途径的工作，逐步做好“五个坚持”，即坚持心理健康教育与思想教育相结合、坚持普及教育与个别咨询相结合、坚持课堂教育与课外活动相结合、坚持教育与自我教育相结合、坚持解决心理问题与解决实际问题相结合，培养学生良好的心理素质和健全的人格，使我校的心理健康教育工作每年都上一个台阶。 现将计划制定如下： 一、加强兼职心育工作队伍的建设 1.进一步提高对学生进行心理健康教育重要意义的认识。在学校里，“人人是德育工作者”，也应该做到“人人是心育工作者”，因为心育是德育及其他各育的基础。要尽快形成由兼职心理教师、德育干部为骨干，班主任为主体、教职工全员参与的心理健康教育工作队伍。 2.更好地提高每位班主任心理素养，请心理专家来校进行讲座与培训，学校也要充分利用有限的心理健康教育资源，经常性地开展心理健康教育活动，让我们的班主任不但具有较好教学经验，更要有很好的心理素质。好的心理素养是管理好班级的基础。班主任要充分发挥角色优势，既要当好班级管理的“行政长官”，又要当好学生的心理导师。 3.兼职心理辅导教师都要加强学习，不断提高心育工作水平。通过更多更好的培训和个人学习，更进一步地提高心理咨询的水平。 二、继续开设心理健康教育课程 初一，帮助学生尽快适应中学的学习生活，青春期性健康教育，加强学习方法与人际交往的指导； 初二，学法指导，提高学生的学习能力与技巧；提高承受挫折的能力； 初三，帮助学生正确对待学习过程中的各种“压力源”，树立正确的认知观和升学观，进行应试心理的辅导与训练。 三、健全心理健康教育制度 1.完善心理咨询室。学校搬入新校舍后，进一步完善心理咨询室。作为个别心理咨询的专门场所，它的建立和完善，直接关系到个别辅导的效果。好的心理咨询环境能使来访的学生降低焦虑，消除疑虑，愉悦情绪，达到更好的交流与沟通。 2.丰富个别心理咨询的内容和途径 咨询内容主要有学习心理辅导、情绪心理辅导、交往心理辅导、青春期心理辅导、自我意识辅导等等。 咨询途径：一是学生自愿前往咨询； 二是班主任老师推荐； 三是辅导老师访谈。 3.办好心理咨询信箱，使那些不愿和辅导老师见面的学生可以通过多种途径寻求帮助。同时，要建立健全心理咨询工作制度（如保密原则等）。 4.建立学生心理档案 心理档案的建立有助于辅导教师、班主任、学校及时了解学生，有的放矢的开展心理辅导与咨询工作。 四、开展心理健康教育专题讲座 1.主要是面对特殊年级及未开心理课班级的学生。 2.根据学生实际需要确定讲座的专题，如青春期心理辅导、学习心理辅导、情绪心理辅导、人际交往心理辅导等，原则上每学期举行一至两次讲座。可请心理专家来学校为师生举行讲座。 五、发挥课堂主渠道作用，心理健康教育要渗透到学科教学中去。 1.教师结合学科教学，可以对学生进行自信心教育；培养学生的学习兴趣、注意、记忆、情感、意志品质；指导学生掌握适合自己的学习方法，改变不良的学习习惯，提高学生的心理素质。 2.创设良好的课堂心理环境，即教师创设一种和谐、民主、平等、轻松的课堂心理氛围，使学生学习的主动性、积极性、合作性更好的发挥，促进学习效率的提高。 3.教师利用教材和课堂，塑造学生健全的人格。 六、创设良好的校园心理氛围 1.做好心理健康教育的宣传工作。要通过黑板报、宣传展板、橱窗、广播、校园网等大力宣传心理健康知识：如心理保健常识、调节情绪的方法、教师论坛、学生论坛等等。 2.通过教师健康向上的心理品质、和谐的人际关系等人文因素，营造良好的篇三：2016年学校健康教育课程安排表 2016年学校健康教育课程安排表 单位：* 授课内容结合体育课、日常生活、心理健康教育等活动来安排 授课方式形式多样，如上课、班会、讲座、广播organization system and working mode, the selection of a number of municipal strengthening group to build innovation and strengthen the organization of the basic level organizations advanced model.(seven) the manual work of the Communist Youth League Organization published and League branch of manual work, to promote the use of two manuals in the citys organizations at various levels.
