Many of us feel somehow nervous whenever we are taking an important exam. Nervousness not only does a harm to our healthy but also disturbs our study. But it’s necessary for us students to learn to relaxing. I think it’s very important to have a right attitude of exams.
Exams are only a means of checking that we have learned. Therefore, it is no need to worry too much about the results. Before an exam, making a scientific study plan and keep a peaceful mind can help to reduce the pressure from the exams. We can also relax themselvesby doing sports and listening music. Besides, enough sleep and a balanced diet will work as well.
