[故事原文]
The story of the dodo
Once upon a time I lived on the island of Mauritius. I was called “dodo”. There were many of us and we were friends with all the other animals on the island.
One day a new animal came to my island. His name was Man, and at first we seemed to be good friends. We went everywhere together and I shared my food with him.
However, I began to wonder why several of my dodo friends had disappeared. Then the number of our species began to decrease quickly. I was so worried that I asked the other animals and they all told me, “Your friends are being killed and eaten by Man while you are hunting for food.” Had Man eaten them? I couldn’t believe it! When I asked Man directly, he seemed surprised. “I haven’t seen the other dodos either.” he said. “Maybe someone else killed them.”
I believed him but when more dodos disappeared, I set a trap. I went off as if I was going to hunt but instead I hid in the forest and waited. Sure enough Man came along. He ran after the last of my dodo friends and killed her. I felt so angry that I rushed out of my hiding place and straight at Man’s spear.
He killed me too. After that there were no more dodos in the world. So my motto is: be careful who you trust.

【part one】
dodo: hi. i am dodo.today,a new friend come to my island
man:hello.i am Man .nice to meet you.i have some candy. let's share it .OK?
dodo:oh. it's very kind of you.
man:yeah.eat it.
『dodo下台』
man转身:this bird is so gullible.looks like i can start catching them.『自言自语语气低沉』
旁白:after that. the number of dodo birds declined rapidly.
『插入情景:man杀死两只dodo--dodoA dodoB』
【part two】
dodo:my friends haven't been looking for me lately.i am so sad.
某只动物上台
dodo:have you seen my friends? i can't find them.
某只动物:your friends? do you know? a lot of dodo birds were killed by your human friend.this is so crazy.
dodo: is this true?how do you know?
某只动物:you do it yourself.i am afraid his next target is you.
『某只动物下台 man上台』
【part three】
dodo:did you kill my friend?
man:no way !! i didn't see the other dodo birds. maybe someone killed them.
dodo沉默
man:don't be sad .give you a candy.
旁白:dodo believed him.and more dodo birds disappeared.so dodo hid in the woods trying to find out if he was the killer.『dodoC上台 man在抓dodoC』
dodo:no!!『冲上台』
man杀了dodo……
man: you are so naive!
dodo: ......(加它发现真相后临死前的内心独白)
旁白:since then. there isn't any dodo birds in the world.animal are our friends .we should get along well with them.Don’t ruin their peaceful lives because of our selfishness and greed.
