Different people have different opinions about whether it’s good or not for middle school students to study abroad. Here I’ll give my opinion.
It’s true that it is too expensive for most people to send their children abroad to study. Also, middle school students are not mature enough, and some teenagers lack the ability to care for themselves.
However, I think going abroad can give a person the capacity to live and think independently. As for myself, in the USA, I learned to drive a car, go to a bank by myself and cook — I could not have imagined doing these things before that. Moreover, the American education system is very flexible. The teaching style helps students develop their critical thinking skills and makes students more self-confident.
So I think there are more advantages than disadvantages for middle school students who study abroad.

第一档(差):A) 1—2分; B) 1—4分
未完成试题规定的要求,明显遗漏主要内容,写了一些无关内容,语法结构单调,词汇项目有限,有较多语法和词汇错误,影响对写作内容的理解,信息未能传达给读者。

This certainly reduces my appetite, but I consider it a very unpleasant effect. Besides, in the evening I am very hungry and sometimes eat even more than usual. As for exercise, the tablets make me too tired to move at all.

Many elderly people live alone or in special retirement homes because they prefer to be independent and do not want to cause problems to their families. This may also be because their children have small houses and don't have enough room for them.
Although many elderly people prefer to live alone, this is often inconvenient. For example, it may be difficult for them to go upstairs. They may also be lonely. On the other hand, if they live in a retirement home, they may not be free to do the things they want to.
I have three suggestions as follows:
1. The living conditions should be suitable for elderly people.
2. There should be regular visits to those living alone.
