29、活。在教育中,一切都应以教育者的个性为基础”。教师的个性不仅影响学生的知识学习、智能发展,而且影响学生非智力因素的发展。 兴趣是学生的内驱力,引发学生浓厚的情感是学好英语的关键。农村小学英语学习缺乏语言环境,学生遗忘现象比较严重,出现学时会,用时忘的现象。长此以来,会导致一部分学生成绩偏差,慢慢对英语学习失去兴趣,影响老师的正常教学。 本学期的活动目的是结合课本知识进行训练,一方面提高学生的口语交际能力,另一方面又巩固了学生的书本知识。通过学习,学生基本达到了教学目标的要求。 在活动过程中,我根据学生的水平,设计了与课本相关的教学内容,分别有食物单词、颜色单词、动物单词、运动单词、水果单词等,
30、以及相关的句子表达。由于学生已学过该领域相关的一些知识,于是我在此基础上把知识进行拓展,把单词和句型多样化,复杂化。学生便在原有的知识基础上重组知识结构,因此在新的复杂的知识接受方面并不感到吃力,反而得心应手。此外,由于学生对这些知识已有概念,由于年龄特征的影响,不免会对学习产生厌倦或不屑,为了避免这些不良情绪,我在每节课上都精心设计一系列的课堂活动用以学习和操练语言,显然学生都能饶有兴趣地投入到学习活动中。 英语学习不仅是语言的学习,同时是文化的交流和才能的展现。因此我在周二英语兴趣小组的课堂上适当渗透文化知识,如中西方节日的对比、生活习惯的对比、社会现状对比等等,使学生在学习该语言的同时,
31、也对该语言国家有简单的了解。此外,我在课堂上也让学生充分发挥自己的才能,添加歌唱、舞蹈、表演、竞赛等活动让学生在学习语言的过程,又能在各项才艺展示中获得自信、激发兴趣。 有效的课外活动是用丰富多彩的游戏、对话、竞赛来提高学习积极性,更重要的是把阶段性的英语知识加以总结,为英语语言的信息加工提供机会。每举行一次活动,学生就多一次重新考虑和寻找材料之间内在联系的机会,使一些新的信息与原有的知识相联系,把所有的孤立知识条理化、系统化。 小学英语教学的活动立足于现实,着眼于学生的未来的学习和发展,仅靠纯课堂内教学远不能满足学生学习英语的需要,我们应树立大课堂的教学观,重视课外活动。课外活动是课堂教学的辅助形式,也是课堂教学的补充和延伸。为培养学生学习英语的兴趣,教学形式要活泼多样,机动灵活。教育的艺术不在传授本领,而在于激励、唤醒和鼓舞。因此要常与学生进行情感交流,学生会因此爱戴老师、尊重老师、爱听老师上课,从而爱听英语、爱学英语。THANKS !致力为企业和个人提供合同协议,策划案计划书,学习课件等等打造全网一站式需求欢迎您的下载,资料仅供参考-可编辑修改-
