1. Last holiday, I took a big trip with my aunt. We went to Australia by plane. It was in August. We left Beijing on August 5th. It was winter in Australia. But in Beijing, it was summer. I like there, because I like playing with snow. I went ice-skating there and took many pictures. I bought many presents for my friends, too. I was excited, but I was tired, too. I should relax to go back to school.

2. Dear aunt,
How are you? Every day I had fun with my friends. On Monday, we went to a nature park. We sang and danced together. We rowed a boat in the lake. On Tuesday, we went to a restaurant. We ate good food. 6. Today was a bad day. Here is the bad news. We went to the hotel by taxi. The driver told us many things about Kunming. I was excited about the trip. We went into the hotel but I didn’t have my backpack. I ran back to the taxi. The driver was gone.

7. Our classmates were busy last weekend. John went to a park. The park was beautiful. Amy went hiking with her family. Mike went swimming. The swimming pool was cool. Chen Jie read a book. The story was very interesting. Wu Yifan went fishing. He caught a big fish. Liu Yun washed clothes. We had a lot of fun!
