建议信 ( a Letter of suggestion)
写作方法 第一段： 1. 简介自己，不要罗嗦； 2 说明目的，注意语气。
第二段： 1提出具体建议； 2首先肯定优点，再写改进内容
第三段： 总结建议，注意礼貌，易于接受。

第一部分：说明写信的目的 套语：
1. You have asked me for some advice on/with regard to.......and I will try to give some useful suggestions.
您问及我有关......的事情，我会尽量给出一些有用的建议。
2 I am writing to you to present what I think on the further improvement of….
写此信是要提出我对….进一步提高的建议
3 I have received your letter saying that you ….. I recommend that……
来信收到，得知你…..，我建议……
4 As a regular customer/student, I am writing to you to present my suggestions on...
作为老主顾/学生，我写信向您建议......
5 I’m writing to express my idea concerning... 写此信是要表达关于…的想法
第二部分：介绍详情、提出建议 套语： 我建议……
1 I’d like to suggest that ……我建议......
2 In my opinion, you would be wise to take the following actions: on the one hand, …. on the other hand,.……
3 I would like to make a recommendation that …
4 I think it would be more beneficial if you could...

第三部分：提出希望采纳建议，盼望回复 套语。

投诉信（抱怨信） ( a Letter of complain)
写作方法: 第一段：投诉人的身份，点明投诉内容或目的。
第二段：写明投诉的原因、问题的经过及产生的后果。
第三段：提出本人要求或解决问题的方法，建议或条件，不需展开。
段首常用语：
(1) I am a customer/ visitor/ passenger ...of your ...
(2)... I bought a ... in your store.
(3) I am writing to make a complaint about…
(4) I wish to express my dissatisfaction/disappointment about…
(5) I am writing to inform you that I find…unsatisfactory.
(6) I would like to draw your attention to the problem/fault…
段尾常用语：
(1)It would be highly appreciated if you could…
(2)I believe you will take my complaints seriously and…
(3) I would like to have this matter settled by the end of this month.
(4) I could not be more satisfied if you can kindly…
投诉信格式模板：
Dear ________，
I am ________ (自我介绍). I feel bad to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to make a complaint about ________ (抱怨的事情)．
The reason for my dissatisfaction is ________ (总体介绍). In the first place, ________ (抱怨的第一个方面). In addition, ________ (抱怨的第二个方面). To make the matter worse, I find it ________ (感觉)to ________ (抱怨的方面带来的后果)．
I appreciate it very much if you could ____________ (提出建议和请求), and I would like to have this matter settled by ________ (设定解决事情最后期限)．Thank you for your consideration and I will be looking forward to your reply.
