T: OK, I like movies. Let’s watch this movies. I study by watching English movies, what about you ? How do you study English?

S1: I think it is difficult. I can’t understand the characters.
T: Maybe you are right . But I think watching their body language and expressions on their faces may help you. And when you discover the new words. You can look them up in a dictionary. grammar is also the secret to language learning.

本堂课根据学生的实际情况设计了由易到难，由浅入深，循序渐进的教学策略，并时刻注意激发学生的学习兴趣，经过大量的图片与自然流畅地课堂活动设计，帮助学生及时在课堂记忆应掌握的知识，并利用所学进行练习运用，并针对不同的学生分层次地布置作业。
亮点：
1.课堂的开始，让学生观看电影疯狂原始人的有趣的片段引入环节，并利用图片，设置语境，呈现生词及短语，既复习了上节课所学内容，又讲授了本课的新单词，引入了对本节课的学习，提高了学生学习英语的兴趣。
2. 在本课的阅读训练中，运用了科学的阅读策略，先让学生找出文章的大意; 然后让学生带着问题略读文章,渗透了阅读策略的指导，培养了学生独立阅读的能力。
3. 家庭作业分层布置，让学习能力强的同学做更能体现她们高水平的作业，让程度差的学生有学习的兴趣。
不足之处：由于课堂容量太大，学生合作探究时间上太过仓促。
使用建议：
预习内容一定要提前将学案下发给学生，便于学生更有目的性地去预习，提高课堂效率，一定组织好学生预习好，否则课堂容量大，很难处理完。
