二、 仪表系统
§1 总述
原则上全部采用进口技术先进的数显式电动仪表,必须是国际公认成熟可靠的品牌,输出信号为标准4~20mA DC信号,消耗品根据需要提供相应的备品备件。
§2 自控仪表技术要求
2.1 基本要求
集成商所选用的仪表必须是成套配备,包括仪表本身及所有安装所需的各种附件以及连接线。仪表系统是用来连续测量污水处理工艺流程中的主要参数,并将测量数据送入计算机数据采集及监控系统。
室外安装设备必须加装防护罩/箱。所有仪表自控设备必须考虑电源及信号配置防雷、防感应电流冲击设施。设备的连接电缆均应穿管或沿电缆桥架敷设,出桥架端必须穿管,不得有露头在外。
所有设备的安装调试应
合相关的GB/GT要求,无相关GB/GT时符合厂家安装调试要求。
仪表的安装管件必须与连接管道相协调,统一标准。
仪表除内部专用电线外其它或与控制器间的信号等应采用屏蔽电缆。
仪表自控安装时需要的安装附件、连接件及开关电源等应包括在报价内。
2.2 环境
正常环境温度:-10℃~+50℃
相对湿度:0~95% (无冷凝)
海拔高度:<500m
所有检测元件,变送器,安装支架及保护罩等材料应满足污水环境防腐蚀要求。
在该环境下,所有设备必须能够正常工作,并达到文件所规定的可靠性和精度。
2.3工作电源
所有设备应由以下一种电源供给:
220VAC±10%,50HZ±1HZ;
2.4 防护等级
机箱设备外壳等级严格按照IEC529标准执行。
室内地面上设备等级≧IP54。
安装在水下或其它类似地区的设备等级IP68。
2.5 信号接口
所有仪表应采用以下信号电平:
仪表的信号:采用4~20mA直流电流信号
2.6 其他
(1)应提供所需的辅助和附加装置。例:检测元件至变送器电,变送器安装支架,保护罩、清洗所用空压机等。
(2)应提供厂家可靠的设计产品。
(3)产品应易于维护和检查,并提供易损害的备用部件。
(4)应符合国际通用标准和规范。
(5)应有零度和满度调整电路,并能方便地进行调整。
(6)应设计有温度补偿电路和抗干扰电路。
(7)检测精确度和响应时间应满足污水厂工艺和自控要求。
(8)应提供仪表维修保养用专用工具二套。
(9)应提供仪表专用的试剂及电解液(三年使用)
(10)★系统集成商所供设备不得低于选型参考所列厂家设备的档次。所供设备的测量范围必须与标书要求一致或涵盖标书要求的范围。
(11)仪表信号通过屏蔽电缆和PLC采集模块连接
§3 仪表安装地点,规格及数量
在此规定的供货范围包括下列仪表及其标书中所述的附属部件,以及总则中规定的各项服务
§4 供货范围
★总则:标准化的外观、运行、维修、备品备件以及制造商服务,所提供的设备必须是一个制造商的最终产品。
应提供所需的辅助和附加装置。例:检测元件至变送器电缆,变送器安装支架,保护罩等,应提供厂家可靠的设计产品,产品应易于维护和检查,并提供易损害的备用部件,应提供仪表维修保养用专用工具二套。
★每台设备仪表应成套地配备安全、有效及可靠运行所需的附件。供货范围包括该设备所有部件的供应及概述及总则规定的各项服务不论本标书是否指明,设备必须的部件也由系统集成商负责,由系统集成商根据不同规格的设备数量决定备品规格,并在投标中给出所需三年的备品备件价格单列后计入总投标价中。
§5 材质
除技术文件中明文规定外,系统集成商应根据设备的使用环境,合理确定设备各部门的材质,以保证系统正常使用,并在投标书中标明各部件材质。
本包所有招标设备的全部材料应适用于污水腐蚀环境。设备中的各部件应进行合理的防腐处理。具体作法由供货商确定,投标书中应予说明。
§6 资料提交
(1)投标时应提供的资料:
供方应提供下列资料(中文,8套)但不限于以下内容:
·设备的详图及说明,表明所有的安装尺寸及材料;
·详细说明设备的性能;
(2)中标后应提供的资料:
供方应提供下列资料(中文8套,电子文档2套)但不限于以下内容:
·安装方案的详细描述及安装精度规定;
·设备各部分的重量、平台土建荷载。
·安装、维修和运行手册;
·制造及质量保证设施;
·试运转前的调试及检测要求;
·上述设备装配图配套箱柜的接线图及原理图。
§7 制造商的服务
仪表制造商的技术代表到工作现场进行工作,协助安装、检查,提交安装完毕的证明。协助进行调试运行,进行启动前的培训和工作现场培训。
设备检验、验收及业主员工的培训将按照费用计入投标总价中,并应在投标书中单独列出。
§8 经验及资格
制造商应有10年以上的该类设备制造经历,并出示业绩表和等同规格设备的用户证明2个以上。
