公寓预定须知

1.0感谢您选择敝店，为了保证您的住房，请提前15天支付每房一晚的房租作为定金。
2.0所有已预订的房间如需取消或更改订房，请提前15天，否则酒店将收取房间定金。
3.0阁下或阁下的客人如没有在原确认的预订到店日入住，酒店将扣除定金。
4.0所有提前退房的房间须收取定金。
5.0入住时可一次性支付全部房租或分期支付，房租不包括定金。
6.0定金在退房时，如无其它消费或违约情况，原额退回定金。

2.0 Deposition of each guaranteed reservation will be levied for cancellation or amendment less than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival day.
3.0 Should you or your guests with a guaranteed reservation not arrive on the scheduled arrival date , Deposition will be levied as no show penalty.
4.0 Unless approved by the Hotel management ,should you or your guest early check out , Deposition will be levied as late cancellation or amendment.
