项目定位_项目位于成都市武侯区，处于西南2.5环和3环之间，“人文城西”和“国际城南”的交界处，属于政府重点打造的武候新城腹地。_北侧为传统高端住宅区，商圈成熟，氛围浓厚。有成都著名的少陵路酒吧街。_南侧为新兴“富人区”，新兴的高端低密度住宅区，聚集保利、中海、中铁、绿地、华宇、置信等知名开发商楼盘。_西侧为“产业一体”的现代化武候新城，EMERSON、神州数码等为代表的文化创意、电子信息服务产业入驻该区。_东侧为城市商业副中心，红星美凯龙、红牌楼广场、莱蒙国际等商业先后入驻，未来大量中高端住宅聚集。_The project is located in Wuhou District of Chengdu,between the southwest Second Outer Ring and Third Ring.Being at the junction of“Humanistic West City”and“International South City”,it is the heart of Wuhou New City and a focus of development by the government._To the north is the traditional high-end residential area._To the south is the new“Wealthy Quarter”which is concentrated with high-end,low-density residences _To the west is modern Wuhou New City with integrated industries,where cultural,creative and electronic information industries._To the east is the urban commercial sub-centre.With the settlement of Red Star Macalline,Hongpailou Plaza and Topspring._基地所处区域交通便利，临近项目毗邻多条城市干道、包括武侯大道、二环路、三环路、中环线、佳灵路、永顺路、大悦路、祥云路等城市道路_地铁3号线3期规划站点，距项目直线约500米；地铁7号线距项目直线约600米,并设置“大悦城”地铁站与公交站；同时开设免费巴士_The site is highly accessible by connecting with multiple main roads,including Wuhou Avenue,Second Ring,Third Ring,Middle Ring,Jialing Road,Yongshun Road,Dayue Road and Xiangyun Road,etc._Phase 3 planning station of Line 3 is about 500 meters away from the creative commercial overlay to the modern park concept,it emphasizes the creation of a commercial environment,showcases the characters of green,openness,leisure and comfort,brings consumers with brand
