CONTRACTOR SHE HANDBOOK承包商SHE管理手册CONTRACTOR SHE HANDBOOK前 言Prolusion此承包商SHE管理手册是依据XXXX总部及XXXX亚洲公司的SHE政策及原则和相关的中国法律法规来编写的，旨在加强XXXX苏州公司和承包商的沟通和交流， 并对承包商及相关方等施加影响;控制承包商及相关方在公司内现场服务的环境、安全行为;努力降低承包商及相关方所提供产品或服务对公司安全、健康和环境的不良影响,特制定本程序. 此手册适用于XXXX（苏州）有限公司的所有承包商和访客，包括在公司内现场服务的承包商，其产品或材料提供至XXXX公司的供应商，以及工程承包商。各部门人员负责对其部门的承包商进行管理，监督和检查其部门所属承包商的各项活动， 如出现任何相关的SHE问题及时向SHE部门报告。如果对此手册有任何疑问请向XXXX相关部门或SHE进行咨询。This manual is compiled based on the SHE policies and principles of XXXX Headquarter and XXXX Asia and relative Chinese law and regulations。 This handbook is compiled for the communication and exchange between the company and the contractors & suppliers. Aim to impact contractors and suppliers to follow XXXXs (Suzhou） SHE policies and regulations during their service at company and to keep workingsite safe， clear and tidy。 Also to reduce the risk of environment, healthy and safety impact brought by contractorsThis manual applies to all contractors and vistors related with XXXX Suhou Company。 Including engineering contractors， service contractors and supplier contractors etc。 Each department leader manages his contractors and takes the responsibility of monitoring and checking the activity of contractors belonged. Any SHE problem should report to SHE immediately.
