为了确保井下电气焊的安全工作，特制定本安全措施，望严格遵守并执行下列规定：
一、施工时间：2008年 5 月 23 日
二、施工内容：3201工作面皮带顺槽过桥焊接
三、施工质量：符合“煤矿机电设备检修质量标准”

六、安全措施：
1、指定专人在场检查和监督。
2、电焊、气焊焊接等工作点有专人负责洒水。并至少备用两台以上的灭火器。
3、在进行电焊、气焊工作前，必须把给煤机周围的煤尘、杂物冲洗清理干净。
4、电焊、气焊等工作现场须有瓦检员检测后,满足要求方可进行，瓦斯浓度不得超过0.5%，只有在检查证明作业地点附近20m范围内巷道顶部和支护背后无瓦斯积存时，方可进行作业。
5、电焊工必须是取得相应证件的人员，施工前用好防护用品，对所用工具用前认真检查，合格后方可使用。
6、电焊机不用时要及时停电，电焊机接拆线必须由专职电工进行。
7、要有专人负责安全，对有关设备做好保护措施。
8、电焊、气焊等工作完毕后，工作地点应再次用水喷洒，清洗一遍。清理现场，并留专人停留1小时检查，无问题方可撤离
9、进行气焊时，气瓶要距明火10米以上;且氧气瓶距乙炔瓶5米以上，氧焊前，先检查气瓶连接处,胶管接头等处是否完好，不漏气。
10、电焊手把的绝缘须保障，焊机接地要良好。
11、本措施望请有关管理人员及职工认真贯彻学习，否则不许下井作业。
