Ofcourse,Everybeanhasitsblack.,intheteachingworkwillinevitablyhavedefects. Forexample:thetransformationofsomestudentsarenotsuccessful,theclassmanagementexperienceisnotmatureenough,andtheseproblems,hopeinthefutureofeducationandteachingworktosolve.
