为了规范毕业论文（设计）工作的各个环节，保证毕业论文（设计）的质量,根据中南财经政法大学加强本科教学工作提高教学质量的实施办法（试行），特制定本办法。第二条第二条 毕业论文（设计)的撰写是教学过程中的一个重要环节，是培养学生综合运用所学知识与技能进行科学研究的重要手段,也是检验学生专业理论知识和技能掌握程度的重要标准之一。第三条第三条 教务部负责全校毕业论文(设计）工作的组织、管理、检查与评估。第四条第四条 各学院负责本单位毕业论文（设计）选题的确定、指导教师的分派、指导过程的监控、论文（设计）答辩的组织与实施、论文(设计）质量的评估、论文（设计)存档等各环节工作的组织和实施.第五条第五条 各学院负责拟定毕业论文(设计）的参考选题，参考选题经学院审定后报教务部备案，并向学生公布.毕业论文(设计）选题的数量原则上不得少于毕业生人数。拟定参考选题的教师应具有副教授以上职称，且教学经验丰富.第六条第六条 毕业论文（设计)选题应符合以下要求：1、毕业论文（设计）选题应符合本专业培养目标的要求，有利于巩固学生综合运用所学知识的能力，有利于激发学生的创新精神.2、紧密联系社会经济发展的实际，反映本学科最新发展的动向。3、论文（设计）题目难度和分量适中.4、每年的更新率不小于 20%。第七条第七条 学生可自拟论文（设计）题目，但须符合毕业论文（设计）选题的要求,并经指导教师同意.第八条第八条
