1. 首先检查刹车装置的灵活可靠性,空载时应无卡滞,阻碍等现象。
First check agility and dependability of the brake unit,it must be not blocked when there is no load。
2. 将试验工具与缆筒固定,油泵与油压顶连接好,同时刹车装置处于锁紧状态,给油泵缓慢加压并注意观察缆筒的变化情况,直至加压至试验压力,如缆筒仍不旋转视为刹车装置合格,然后松刹车螺栓,当缆筒刚要转动时,在刹车螺栓上做记号。
The test tool and the winch gear must be connected by bolting , join the oil pump and jack together,the brake unit must be locked up at the same time,press up slowly and check the winch gear,till press up to the testing pressure,the brake unit is eligibility if the winch gear do not move, then release the break spindle, mark this setting point on brake spindle when winch drum start to slip at this load.
3. 试验方式采用如图所示:The test method as follow:

F2=PS P= F2/S = F1L1/ L2S
其中:THEREINTO:
F1 为缆机刹车力 F1 -- The brake holding power
L1为缆绳力臂 L1 -- The arm of force of thick rope
F2为油顶顶力 F2 --Jack’s force
L2为油顶支点的力臂 L2 --The arm of force of jack’s fulcrum
S为油顶活塞的面积 S -- Jack piston’s area
P为油泵压强 P -- Oil pump’s intensity of pressure
100吨油顶柱塞截面积为:126.7cm2
