三、.注意区分两个句子：
What day is it today ?今天星期几？(day:天，日子) It’s Monday.
What’s the date today? 今天是几月几日？（date:日期）It’s May 1st.
四. 陈述句变为一般疑问句： My birthday is in February .
Is your birthday in February?
Her birthday is in June.
Is her birthday in June ?
五、读序数词时，前面一定要加 the. 如 October 1st .读作 October the first.
六、同义句：Who has a birthday in October?==Whose birthday is in October?
七、序数词的简写形式为表示该词的阿拉伯数字加上该单词的最后两个字母，最后两个 字母要变成上标格式。如：first—1th , second—2nd , third—3rd , fourth—4th . twentieth—20th
八．1、月份的首字母一定要大写。 W w .x K b 1.c o M
2、May没有缩写形式，September的缩写形式是“Sept”,其他月份单词的缩写形式都 是有单词的前三个字母加“·”构成。
3、月份的缩写形式不用在句子中，只能单独使用。
4、表示“在几月”时，要在月份单词前面加介词in。
九、介词in 、on、 at的用法。
1、in后面+上午/下午/晚上/月份/季节/年份。 如：in the morning, in April, in winter, in 2015.
2、on的后面+具体的某一天。如：on Monday, on April 3rd, on Friday morning.
3、at后面+具体的时间点或与其他词构成固定搭配。 如：at six o’clock, at 12：30,at noon.
五、重点句型。
1、问答某个活动或节日在几月份的句型及回答。
句型结构：问：When is+活动或节日名称？ 答：It’s in+月份。
例：问：when is Christmas?（圣诞节在什么时候？）
答：It’s in December.（在十二月。）
2、询问别人将要做什么的句型及回答。
句型结构：问：What will you do+其他？ 答：I will····=I’ll···
例：问：what will you do for your mum on Mother’s Day?（母亲节你将为你妈妈做什么?）
答：I’ll give her some flowers.（我将送给她一些花。）
3、表达“我们将要···”的句型。
We’ll···=We will 后面+动词原形,这是一个一般将来时的句子，表示将来某个时间要发生的动作或事情。
例：We’ll have a school trip.（我们将有一次学校旅行。）
We’ll have a singing contest.（我们将有一次歌咏比赛。）
4、There will be a maths test next Monday.下周一我们将有一场数学测试。

★★基数词变序数词的规律
一、二、三，单独记；八去t，九除e， ve要用f替，
整十基数变序数，先把ty变成tie；
要是遇到两位数，十位基数个位序，th最后加上去。
解析口诀：
one→first， two→second， three→third这三个词变化特殊，要单独记；
eight→eighth， nine→ninth， 八去t，九去e后再加-th；
five→fifth， twelve→twelfth，五、十二把ve换成f再加-th；
twenty→twentieth， thirty→thirtieth... 整十先把词尾y改为ie再加-th。
两位数时则十位数用基数词，个位数用序数词，如：twenty-first。
★★时间介词 at in on
1、 at表示具体的时间，意思是“在某一时刻”，常与o’clock，half past six等表示具体时间的短语连用。
2、 in 表示一段时间，常用January等表示月份的词和spring等表示季节的词连用； 表示上午，下午和晚上也用in（in the morning/ in the afternoon/ in the evening）。
3、 on 表示具体的某一天，意思是“在„„那天”，常和表示星期的词连用。
on Monday on Mother’s Day
★★ before 和 after 表示时间的先后顺序。
before 表示时间“在„„之前”。如：The day before Thursday is Wednesday.
after表示时间“在„„之后”。如：The boys often play football after school.
★★from…to…的结构，意思是“从……到……”。
We have classes from Monday to Friday. 从星期一到星期二
She worked in the garden from morning to evening. 从早上到晚上
注意：from…to…也可以用来表示地点，意思仍然是“从……到……”。如: This train is from Beijing to Tianjin. 从北京到天津
