年产10000吨PTT纤维纺丝工艺流程设计

摘 要

PTT纤维即为由聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯熔融纺制而的纤维。PTT纤维是一种新型聚酯纤维，由于其织物具有优良的性能，成为当前一大热门聚酯类纤维，发展势头良好，具有良好的市场发展前景。
本设计是以PTT聚酯切片为基本原料，经干燥、熔融后，通过纺丝组件，得到PTT纤维丝条，然后纤维经冷却、上油、牵伸卷绕等后加工工序，进而获得PTT纤维全拉伸丝的生产工艺流程。本设计年产量10000吨，设计产品规格为75dtex/24f，单丝纤度为3.12dtex。
本设计详细阐述了PTT纤维全拉伸丝的生产工艺流程、工艺控制、配台计算、设备选型，设备安装图、厂房布置、人员分配等。

ABSTRACT

PTT fiber is polyethylene terephthalate and melt-spun fibers. PTT fiber is a new polyester fiber, due to this fiber fabric with excellent performance, so it's become a popular polyester fiber, which good momentum of development, it has good market prospects.
The design is based on the basic raw material of PTT chips, dried, melted by the spinning assembly to give the PTT fiber yarn, and then by cooling the fibers, oiling, drawing and other machining processes winding to thereby obtain PTT fiber FDY production process. The designed annual output of 10,000 tons, product design specifications for 75dtex/24f, single yarn fineness 3.12dtex.
This design elaborated PTT fiber FDY production process, process control, with a single computer, equipment selection, equipment installation drawings, plant layout, personnel allocation.
