13、ter, teaching managers in each school 中心外教、中教人员All the FTs and CTs in each center备注:总部各部门负责人由CEO直接考核。所有考核结果上报人力资源部,人力资源部审批后生效。PS:All the department mangers will be assessed by the CEO, and all the assessment result should be submitted to HR and it will work after HRs approve2考核实施程序 Assessment proced

14、ure (1)各部门负责人、各校区校长组织、学术部每季度组织对员工实际工作表现进行评估,并将结果汇总上交人力资源部。 Department managers, principals and academic department should do the assessment to the employee each quarter and also submit the result to HR.(2)人力资源部于审批结束后的五个工作日内将考核结果反馈被考核者,进行绩效面谈。HR will tell the result to the employee within 5 workdays
