Agreement for Student Rent Apartment Outside
1, 本人自愿申请在留学生公寓以外租房居住，并已征得家长同意，若有任何人身安全及财产意外发生，一切后果由本人负责。
I am applying to rent apartment by myself with my parents’ permission. Myself will responsible for my personal safety and belongings.
2，本人保证在入住三日之内到居住地公安机关办理登记手续, 并将本表格交回留学生学生工作办公室。
I shall go to local police station to registrant with in 3 days I move to the rent apartment and bring this form back to Overseas Students Office.
3，本人保证在居留许可证到期前10天到外事处办理居留延期手续。
I shall give notice to the Foreign Affairs Office 10 days before my residence permission expire.
