Contract 合同
合同是双方当事人或多方当事人签署的关于设立、变更、中止民事权利义务关系的法律文件。
合同可分为三大部分：
合同首部（head） 合同文本（main body） 合同尾部（end）
常见合同种类：
合同首部包括合同名称、编号、合同签订时间、地点及合同序文，有时还包括合同双方的地址、电传、电话等。
正文部分由合同标的的种类和范围，合同标的的技术条件、标准、规格和数量、合同履行的期限、地点和方式、合同价格条件以及支付方式等组成。
合同尾部说明撰写合同所用语言种类及其文字效力，正、副本的份数及双方各执的份数，抄送有关部门，合同当事人各方的签字、日期。
