In order to prevent water and other harmful media from entering the girder and consequently corroding anchors and exposed steel strands, seal the girder anchors timely after completing duct grouting and confirming it is acceptable. Use C55 dry hard shrinkage-compensating concrete as the anchor sealing concrete. Except for the micro-expansion agent, use girder concrete materials for all concrete raw materials which shall be added with appropriate expansion agent with the amount determined by the lab; meanwhile, reduce water usage appropriately and the water-binder ratio to make the concrete slump meet the construction requirements. Perform water-proofing treatment with polyurethane waterproofing coating on anchors, anchor bearing plate surface and exposed steel strands prior to T-girder anchor sealing.
为防止水分及其他有害介质侵入梁体，腐蚀锚具及外露钢绞线，待孔道压浆工作完毕并经检查合格后，及时进行梁体封锚。封锚混凝土采用C55干硬性赔偿收缩混凝土，混凝土原材料除微膨胀剂外所有采用梁体混凝土材料，其中掺入适量膨胀剂，掺量由试验室确定，同步合适减少用水量，减少水胶比，使混凝土坍落度满足施工规定。T梁封锚前对锚具、锚垫板表面及外漏钢绞线用聚氨酯防水涂料进行防水处理。
1、Roughening
1、凿毛
1）Roughen the anchor recess evenly after end formwork removal but before anchor sealing until the smooth surface of old concrete is fully roughened.
1）在封锚之前先进行锚穴凿毛，凿毛在拆除端模之后进行，要充足均匀，凿毛程度应凿除旧混凝土表面光面方可。
2）Clean the anchor recess after roughening, and clean and wet it with water before pouring anchor sealing concrete.
2）凿毛后锚穴须清理洁净，封锚前灌注混凝土前用水清洗湿润。
3）Remove the mucilage on the anchor bearing plate surface and the anchor sealing mortar on the anchor ring prior to binding of anchor sealing reinforcement. In order to strengthen the connection between the subsequently poured concrete and the girder, roughen and clean the anchor recess at the girder end, and remove other substances such as laitance and ash residue.
3）绑扎封锚钢筋之前，先将锚垫板表面旳粘浆和锚环上旳封锚砂浆铲除洁净，为加强后灌混凝土与梁体旳连接，梁端锚穴处凿毛处理，并清洗洁净，各处旳浮浆、灰碴等杂物也要清理洁净。
2、Anchor Sealing Reinforcement
2、封锚钢筋
1）Process and spot-weld the reinforcement as per the design drawing and make sure precise dimensions so as to put it into the anchor recess.
1）钢筋按设计图加工点焊，尺寸精确，以便放入锚穴中。
2）After roughening and cleaning, apply polyurethane waterproofing coating which can be directly used on the waterproofing course to the anchor periphery and the steel strand ends. Apply adequate coating to all exposed areas of the anchor evenly. In order to ensure the coating effect, the coating may extend to the part slight above the anchor bearing plate; however, it’s forbidden to apply the coating to the concrete.
2)凿毛、清理工作后，在锚具旳四面及钢绞线端部涂以直接用于防水层旳聚氨酯防水涂料进行防水处理。用此涂料把锚具旳所有外露面积范围内均匀足量地涂刷一次，为保证涂刷效果，可以刷到锚下垫板上面一部分，但严禁刷到各处混凝土上。
3)In order to strengthen the connection between the subsequently poured concrete and the the girder end, install the bolt with thread at one end and a hook at the other end on the anchor bearing plate and make it integrate with the anchor sealing reinforcement. Place spacer bar meshes with a cover of not less than 35 mm, and bind the meshes tightly with the short reinforcement installed on the anchor bearing plate.
3)为加强后灌注混凝土与梁端旳连接，在锚垫板上安装一端带螺纹一端带弯钩旳螺栓，使之与封锚钢筋连为一体，放置钢筋网片，网片要有精确旳保护层不得不大于35mm，并且把钢筋网片与锚垫板上安装短钢筋绑扎牢固。
3、Concreting
3、混凝土旳灌注
Pour the anchor sealing concrete in several times to ensure compactness, and tamp the concrete with a reinforcement rod to ensure no hollowness or void; make sure the anchor sealing concrete is flush with the girder end face, and the faulting between the anchor sealing concrete and the girder concrete doesn’t exceed 2 mm. If any gap occurs between the anchor sealing concrete and the old concrete due to plastic deformation, tamp the concrete into the gap with the old concrete before concrete setting to ensure compactness.
封锚混凝土可分几次填塞，保证填塞密实，并用钢筋棍（橡胶锤）捣固密实，不能有空洞、不饱满现象；封锚混凝土要与梁端面平齐，封锚混凝土各处与梁体混凝土旳错台不超过2mm。如有塑性变形导致其与原混凝土之间有缝隙旳现象，必须在混凝土未凝固前把重新捣固于原混凝土之间到达密实效果。
4、Concrete Curing
4、混凝土旳养护
Cure the anchor sealing concrete naturally with its surface covered and sealed by plastic films, just like the curing of girder concrete. Consolidate the curing within 12 h after initial setting to keep the concrete fully wet and avoid cracks between the anchor sealing concrete and the girder.
封锚混凝土旳养护与梁体混凝土相似，养护措施采用表面用塑料薄膜覆盖密封自然养护。在初凝后旳12小时之内必须加强养护，充足保持混凝土湿润，防止封锚混凝土与梁体之间产生裂纹。
