2、(包括课题的科学意义;国内外研究概况、水平和发展趋势;应用前景等)随着人类的发展,对资源的需求不断增加。陆上资源的日益紧缺,让我们把目光投向海洋。21世纪是海洋开发的世纪,水下机器人在海洋环境研究、海洋资源探测和开发等民用领域和海洋军事方面具有广阔的应用前景和巨大的潜在价值,吸引了人们更多的注意力。利用仿生学原理,开发类似海豚或金枪鱼的操纵与推进技术是一个很有前途的研究方向之一。上世纪三十年代起,人类开始对鱼类游动进行观察,提出了大量关于鱼类游动机理的解释。近年来,随着人类对鱼类游动机理了解的加深,同时伴随着仿生学、流体力学、机器人学的进步,计算机、传感器和智能控制技术的快速发展,以及新型材料

3、的不断涌现,对仿生水下机器人技术的研究达到了一个新的顶峰,涌现了大量基于鱼类游动机理的仿生水下机器人。研究内容1.鱼的外形设计,本设计是以金枪鱼为模型,要尽量达到其仿真效果 2.鱼体内部各部分的位置安排,保证机器鱼在水里能平稳游动 3.控制部分的设计,达到每秒钟鱼尾摆动 4次的频率 4.计算部分,包括浮力中心和重力中心的计算,推进力和阻力的计算,各个翻转力矩的计算。拟采取的研究方法、技术路线、实验方案及可行性分析(1)实验方案对机器人进行整体设计,拟定其传动部分的结构、转速等,使其能够半自动的进行运转。(2)研究方法 用进行二维画图,对机器人结构有个全面的了解。 对机器人的传动部分进行计算与结

5、出的鱼形机器人机器人可以快速平稳的进行游动,并且传动简单紧凑、满足工作要求。特色或创新之处与传统的螺旋桨推进器相比仿鱼鳍推进器具有如下特点: (1)能源利用率高,初步试验表明,采用仿鱼鳍水下推进器比常规推进器的效率可提高30-100%。从长远看,仿鱼鳍的水下推进器可以大大节省能量,提高能源的利用率,从而延长水下作业时间。 (2)使流体性能更加完善,鱼类尾鳍摆动产生的尾流具有推进作用,可使其具有更加理想的流体力学性能。 (3)提高水下运动装置的机动性能,采用仿鱼鳍水下推进器可提高运动装置的启动、加速和转向性能。 (4)可减低噪声和保护环境,仿鱼鳍推进器运行时的噪声比螺旋桨运行时的噪声要低的多,不

6、易被对方声纳发现和识别,有利于突防,具有重要的军事价值。 (5)实现了推进器与舵的统一,仿鱼鳍推进器的应用将改变目前螺旋桨推进器与舵机系统分开,功能单一,结构庞大,机构复杂的情况,实现浆一舵功能和二为一,从而可精简结构和系统,简化制造工艺,并降低成本和造价,具有重大的现实意义和使用价值。 (6)可采用多种驭动方式,对于应用于船舶、游艇等方面的仿鱼鳍推进器可采用机械驱动,也可采用液压驱动和气压驱动,以及混合驱动方式:对于小型水下运动装置,可采用形状记忆合金、人造合成肌肉以及压电瓷等多种驱动元件。已具备的条件和尚需解决的问题 设计方案思路已经明确,已经具备机械设计能力和机器人设计方案。 进行结构设
