12、rea of the private garden(if any), the area of the private garden/area on the deck connected with the condominium unit (if any) and the area of the private property inside the condominium unit). Including furniture set for bed seat Square Metres. 卖方同意出售并且买方同意购买名为SIAMESE SUKHUMVIT CONDOMINIUM,的_单位,此公

14、由买家决定的地区_停车位。2.2 2.1 2.2Other than the ownership of the condominium unit(s) as provided in Clause 2.1 above, it shall include the common property which the Purchaser shall have the right to use in common with the other owners of the condominium units as follows: 除上文第2.1条规定的公寓单位的所有权, 应包括买方须有与其他的业主共同使

20、lding is not completed and, upon the completion of the construction, the area of the condominium unit(s) (including the area of the balcony, the area of the air-conditioner and compressor, and the area of the private garden(if any), the area of the private garden/area on the deck connected with the

21、condominium unit(if any) and the area of the private property inside the condominium unit) as appearing in the Title Deed of the Condominium Unit increases or decreases from the area specified in Clause 2.1 of this Agreement, both parties agree to calculate the price of the increased area or the red

22、uced area of the condominium unit(s) at such rate as provided in Clause 3.1 hereof and the increased or reduced amount of the Purchase Price shall be added to or deducted from the Purchase Price as provided in Clause 3.1 hereof and other payments pursuant to Clause 4.2 hereof. 在公寓大楼的建设没有完成的情况下,然后在施工

26、aking the payment of the Purchase Price, the Purchaser shall make payment of the Purchase Price to the Seller at the domicile of the Seller as specified in this Agreement. If there is any change in the domicile, such domicile will be notified by the Seller in writing and shall be the place of paymen

27、t and the Seller shall issue written evidence signed by the Seller or the recipient to the Purchaser. 在作出购买价款的支付时候,买方应按本协议规定在卖方地点支付购买价格 。如果有任何变化,将由卖方书面通知,并回应支付的地点,卖方出具卖方或收件人向买方签署书面证据。4.4 30 2562 30 () 4.4The Seller warrants that it shall complete the condominium project ready for the transfer of the

28、 ownership of the condominium unit(s) to the Purchaser within 30 September 2019 ; provided that the Seller shall notify the Purchaser of the date of the registration of the transfer of the ownership at least 30 (thirty) days in advance and the parties agree to transfer of the ownership of the condominium unit to sell and to purchase within day of ownerships registration transfer determined by written notice. 卖方保证其应当在2019年9月30日之前完成公寓项目并准备好了公寓单位的所有权转移给买方; 但卖方应在至少30天前通知所有权的转移登记之日,30天内买方和各方同意转让的公寓单位的所有权的转让和30天之内购买以书面通知确定所有权的过户。 7 ()
