Court。也能够采取序数词形式，如：上海市人民检察院第一分院First Branch of Shanghai Peoples Procuratorate。1.6通名1.6.1部作为某一组织机构内设部门部译作Department，如：组织部Organization Department。1.6.2委员会委员会可译作Committee或Commission。经过选举产生，或在某一行政区域之内、某一机构之下专设部门或派出机构，通常译作Committee。如：常委会Standing Committee。相对独立、负担有一定普适性管理职能综合协调机构，通常译作Commission。如：商务委员会Commission of Congress。1.8.3多层级中行政区划限定词上一层级行政区划限定词通常不译出，如：上海市静安区司法局Shanghai Jingan District Bureau of Justice。1.9简称组织机构汉字简称，通常应完整翻译，如：民革上海市委Shanghai Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee。1.10例外市级党政机关、组织机构名称英文译法宜参考附录A实施。附录A中不符合上述要求译例，为现用成熟译名，能够沿用。2职务和职称英译方法和要求2.1通用名词2.1.1书记书记译作Secretary。2.1.2常委（常务委员会委员）常委（常委会委员）译作 Member of Standing Committee。2.1.3主席、委员长、主任委员主席、委员长、主任委员，译作Chair或Chairman。2.1.4秘书长秘书长译作Secretary-General。2.1.5部长作为某一组织机构内设部门部长译作Director-General或Director，如：中共上海市委宣传部部长Director-General of the Publicity Department of CPC Committee。2.1.6主任主任通常译作Director。厅局级（含）以上单位主任（局长）译作Director-General。委员会主任可译作Chair或Chairman。2.1.7其它各级职务、各专业职称通用名词英文译法宜参考附录B实施。2.2修饰、限定词2.2.1“副”“副”用于党政机关领导职务时译作Vice或Deputy。Vice通常见于表述Mayor，Chair/Chairman等副职。如：副市长Vice Mayor，副主席、副主任委员Vice Chairman。Deputy通常见于表述Secretary，Director，District Mayor，Township Mayor等副职。如：副书记Deputy Secretary，副主任Deputy Director，副区长Deputy District Mayor，副处长Deputy Division Director。常务副职，可译作First或Executive，如：常务副市长Executive Vice Mayor。Vice 或Deputy后不带连字符“-”。“副”用于党政机关非领导职务、专业技术职务资格名称（职称）时译作Associate。如：副巡视员Associate Counsel，副教授Associate Professor。2.2.2代理（主持工作）、实施、声誉代理（主持工作）译作Acting，如：代理市长Acting Mayor。实施译作Executive，如：实施秘书Executive Secretary。声誉译作Honorary，如：声誉会长Honorary President。2.2.3注册、执业注册译作Registered或Certified。执业译作Licensed。2.2.4助理助理译作Assistant。2.2.5专业技术等级技术等级通常见Class加罗马数字表示，比如：一级导演Class-I Director，三级公证员Class-III Notary。3英文格式3.1词语选择和拼写方法3.1.1同一事物或概念，英语国家有不一样表示词语，选择国际较为通行英文词语。3.1.2同一词语，在英语国家有不一样拼写方法，选择国际较为通行拼写方法。3.1.3同一场所中词语选择和拼写方法应保持一致。3.2缩写已经约定俗成，可使用英文缩写形式，如：中国共产党CPC或CCP；中国人民政治协商会议CPPCC。采取缩写形式应符合国际通例。来自外来概念汉字缩略语，应使用外来概念原词英文缩写。如：“世贸组织”应使用WTO。3.3书写要求3.3.1大小写第一个词和全部实义词首字母应大写，也可全部字母全部大写。3.3.2字母体式英文字母应该遵照英语文字标准和相关规范。组织机构英文译名中汉语拼音字母能够使用和英文词语相同字体。3.3.3标点符号组织机构英文译名中汉语拼音能够不标声调符号。汉语拼音中以a, o,
