根据学院的教学计划安排，我已完成相应学分的修读，现申请进行毕业设计，具体思路如下：
一、设计背景
在校三年中，主要学习了商务英语函电、进出口贸易实务、进出口业务流程综合实训、业务磋商与谈判、进出口单证实务等课程。除此之外，提高英语的能力也是相当重要的，因为所有的谈判，函电的写作以及单据的制作都是在有一定英语的基础上建立起来的，所以熟练地掌握好英语是很有必要的。

二、卷宗基本内容
1.业务背景撰写：出口商简介、进口商简介。
2产品基本信息：产品名称、规格、包装情况、商品税则相应说明等。
3合同洽商阶段：主要包括询盘、发盘、还盘、接收函的撰写。
4.合同制定阶段：外销合同、信用证。
5.合同履行阶段：包括主要的结汇单据，如商业发票、装箱单、海运提单、产地证、汇票。
6总结报告：包括出口环节介绍及个人心得体会。
