一般现在时与现在进行时的区别
一般现在时
表示经常性或习惯性的动作或存在的状态，或表示说话者的能力，或普遍真理。
【用法】 1)经常性、习惯性的动作或存在的状态。
I go to school on foot on weekdays. / He is very busy every day.
2)表示主语的特征、性格、能力、爱好等。
He can swim. / I work hard. / She likes watching TV.
3)表示客观真理
There are seven days in a week. / The moon moves round the earth.

【标志】often（经常）,usually（通常）,sometimes（有时）,always（总是）,never（从不）, on Sundays（在星期天）, every day/month/year（每一天/月/年）
