前言
本原则Q/JQ 《电火花点火式发动机及压燃式发动机绘制发动机性能图规程(A)》是公司技术基本性原则之一。
本原则为公司统一执行公司原则。
本原则合用于安徽江淮汽车股份(集团)有限公司生产乘用车。
本原则是参照欧洲SAE J1312-1995《电火花点火式发动机及压燃式发动机绘制发动机性能图规程(A)》原则进行全文翻译。未对其中内容作任何变更或修改,仅对其中计量单位进行了原则化。并采用中英文对照形式表达。
本原则自发布之日起,同步代替SAE J1312-1995《电火花点火式发动机及压燃式发动机绘制发动机性能图规程(A)》。
本原则由安徽江淮汽车股份有限公司技术中心乘用车研究院提出。

1 Scope
1 合用范畴
The purpose of this SAE Standard is to provide a standardized test procedure for generating engine performance maps. An engine performance map is a listing of engine fuel flow rates versus torque or power obtained at specific engine speeds and loads. Engine performance maps as specified by this code can be used in fuel economy simulation programs.
本SAE原则目在于提供一种原则化实验办法,用于绘制发动机性能图。发动机性能图是指在特定发动机转速和载荷下,相对于扭矩或功率燃油消耗率集合。用这种办法绘制发动机性能图可以用于燃油经济性模仿计算。
This document is applicable to both four-stroke spark ignition (SI) and compression ignition (CI) engines,naturally aspirated and pressure charged,with or without charge air cooling.
本原则可用于四冲程点燃式(SI)发动机和压燃式(CI)发动机,自然进气和增压进气,带或不带进气冷却。

3 Engine Equipment

A “fully equipped” engine is used for this test,in accordance with SAE J1349,Sections 4.4 and 6. Please refer to SAE J1349 for specific equipment details.
本原则测试办法将采用一种“完全装配”发动机,依照SAE J13494.4节和6节所定义。请查看SAE J1349获取进一步配备细节。
4 Power Corrections
4 功率修正
Measured engine torque or power levels and fuel flow rates must be corrected to standard reference air and fuel supply test conditions. The corrections are made in accordance with SAE J1349,Sections 5 and 9 with the following exceptions:
测量得到发动机扭矩或功率和燃油消耗率必要修正至原则空气和燃油供应状态。修正办法依照SAE J1349第5节和第9节,下述情形例外:
4.1 For CI engines,the correction procedure shall be used for both full and part load operation.
4.1 对于CI发动机,修正程序将用于满载和某些载荷测试。
4.2 Since no adequate part load correction procedure is documented for SI engines,no corrections shall be made to the measured data. Therefore,inlet air must be controlled to reference test conditions.
4.2 由于没有足够某些载荷修正办法用于SI发动机,因此对于测量数据不作任何修正。因而应尽量控制进气接近参照测试条件。
5 Test Procedures
5 测试流程
The test data for performance maps must be generated at specific engine speeds and loads. All other test procedures are conducted in accordance with SAE J1349,Section 7.
性能图实验数据必要在特定发动机转速和负载下产生。所有其她测试程序参见SAE J1349第7节。
5.1 Test data must be obtained at each of the following speeds:
a. Rated or maximum speed
b. Peak torque speed
c. Idle speed
d. Intermediate speeds
e. Optional speeds

5.1.1 Rated (or maximum),peak torque and idle speeds are defined by the manufacturer.

5.1.2 Intermediate speeds should be obtained at equal 10% increments of rated (or maximum) speed,(for example,90% of rated,80% of rated,etc.). Intermediate speeds may be rounded to the nearest 100 rpm. Intermediate speeds falling within 100 rpm of any other required test speeds may be omitted.

5.1.3 Optional speeds are any additional speeds deemed by the manufacturer as necessary to adequately define the shape of the power curve or to simulate vehicle operational requirements.
5.1.3 自定转速是由制造商定义、以为对于充分拟定功率曲线或是模仿整车工作需求十分必要额外转速。
5.2 At each test speed,the engine shall be run at no less than five loads,one of which shall be full load. Specific test load levels shall be determined by the engine manufacturer,based on the engine’s intended service operating characteristics. This may include motoring (negative) load levels. If intended service operating characteristics are not known,the engine shall be run at equally spaced load intervals (example 0%,25%,50%,75%,100%).
5.2 在每一种测试转速下,发动机运转载荷状态不得少于五个,其中一种必要是满载状态。依照发动机此后将服务工作特点,制造商可以拟定其她测试载荷水平。测试包括发电机载荷(取负值)。如果没有设定发动机工作特点,那么发动机测试时加载采用等分间隔(如0%,25%,50%,75%,100%)。
5.2.1 Data acquisition at certain speeds and loads may be subject to the capabilities of the test dynamometer. In such cases,these test points may be omitted from the map,at the manufacturer’s discretion,if it can be shown that vehicle operational requirements do not utilize these data.
5.2.1 在某一种转速和载荷下得到测试数据也许会超过测试中所用功率计量程。在这种状况下,依照制造商判断,如果整车正常工作下不会运用到这些数据,那么在性能图上这些点将会忽视不计。
5.3 If engine performance is affected by vehicle related hardware,it may be necessary to generate additional maps to simulate specific operating conditions. Examples include individual vehicle restriction effects or engine control devices based on torque converter position,gear ratio,vehicle speed,etc. When additional maps are run,each shall be clearly labeled with applicable test conditions or hardware.
5.3 如果发动机性能受整车有关硬件影响,那么有必要增长额外性能图用于模仿特定工作条件。例如涉及独立整车约束条件或者发动机控制设备,基于扭矩转换、变速器速比、汽车速度等。当绘制额外性能图时候,每一种测试条件或者硬件都必要注明。
6 Presentation of Results

6.1 Data shall be recorded for test documentation in accordance with SAE J1349,Section 8. Additional data may be recorded at the manufacturer’s discretion.
6.1 测试数据依照SAE J1349第8节规定记录,依照制造商规定可以增长其她数据记录。
6.2 Engine data obtained and required specifically for the performance map shall be tabulated in a format acceptable for use by the vehicle simulation program. The sample format in Figure 1 may be used:
