对除谓语之外的其它部分强调
e.g. 1 It was my younger sister that / who I went to the cinema with.
e.g. 2 It was Trump who became the President of America the day before yesterday.
e.g. 3 It is ____________________ that makes a difference. 是你做的事而不是你说的话有作用。
1. 强调句型的变形
it is / was not until … that …
e.g. 4 It was not until yesterday that I knew the truth.
e.g. 5 It is ____________________ him. 直到昨天他们才听到他的消息。
e.g. 6 It ____________________ she got home. 她直到午夜才回家。
2. 形式主语
(1) it + be + V-ed that
e.g. 7 It is known to us all that Taiwan belongs to China.
e.g. 8 It is said that she would go abroad.
e.g. 9 ____________________ the company earned one million last year. 据报道这家公司去年盈利一百万元。
(2) it + be + ADJ + of / for sb to do
e.g. 10 It is kind of you to help me.
e.g. 11 It is wise of you to call the police.
e.g. 12 It ____________________ the task on time. 对我们来说按时完成任务很困难。
(3) it + be + ADJ / N + doing
e.g. 13 It’s funny playing in the water.
e.g. 14 It is ____________________ with him. 和他争论是浪费时间。
3. 形式宾语
make / find / think / consider it + ADJ / N (for sb) to do
e.g. 15 ________________________________________ (for us) to live an easy life. 先进技术使我们能够否过上舒适的生活。
e.g. 16 I found it difficult for him to finish his task on time.
e.g. 17 We think / consider it a great honour ____________________. 我们认为被邀请到会是无上的荣耀。
4. 某人突然想到

e.g. 18 It occurred to me that the criminal might have fled out of the city.

e.g. 20 It is the first time that I have come to Beijing.

e.g. 22 It is high time that you went home.
e.g. 23 It is high time that you should sleep.

it makes / made a / no difference to sb …
e.g. 25 It makes no difference to me which team won the game.
e.g. 26 It made no difference to him who would go with him.

8. 某人喜欢 / 不喜欢 / 憎恨
sb like / dislike / hate it + 从句
e.g. 28 I like it when you are with me.
e.g. 29 I dislike it when someone is smoking beside me.

it be up to sb to do

10. 怪不得
it be no wonder …
e.g. 32 It’s no wonder why you come.

11. 结果…
