Just in case: Emergency services
Standby alarm
In cases of possible emergency, a “beep-beep” tone will be audible at regular intervals throughout the hotel. Please remain calm and await further instructions from our Emergency Control Staff. Instructions are provided over the Hotel Public Address System.

Evacuation alarm
This is a loud, continuous “whoop-whoop” tone heard throughout the hotel. Immediately and calmly make your way to the closet fire exit, indicated on the floor plan on the back of your room door. Make your way to the bottom of the fire stairs where a member of staff will provide further instructions. Please do not take any of your luggages with you for safety reasons.

Thank you for your cooperation.
The following basic safety guidelines should be observed in case of fire:
-Do not use elevators.
-If heat is evident, press wet towels or anything else wet under the door.
-Stay close to the floor if smoke is encountered and use the Resuscitation Masks from your room.
-Remain calm.
-Take only your room key, and do not take any belongings.
-If you require assistance evacuating dial “72118”.

Guest Safety Information
Upon Arrival In Your Room…
Check if your luggage is complete and inform our Reception of any discrepancy.

Upon Arrival In Your Room…
The map behind your door indicates the location of the fire exits. Please familiarize yourself with the location of all safety equipments. The fire hose cabinets and local fire button are situated before the exit stairs.

When In Your Room…
We recommend that you use the safe deposit box available in your room or at the Front Desk for any valuables. For your own security, do not share your code with anybody.

If someone knocks on your door remember to look through the view port to identify the person at the door before you open. Please be advised that all our associates wear name badges.

When you do not wish to be disturbed, simply hang the “Privacy Please” sign outside the door or press the button to turn on the DND sign and engage the safety latch on your door.

When you leave your room…
Ensure all electronic equipments are switched off and unplugged.

Ensured your main door, sliding door, windows or connecting room doors are securely locked.

When Moving Around The Area…
Be wary of strangers who are unusually friendly, look pitiful and casually offer goods and services. When in need of assistance outside the hotel premises, please call the Reception who will be available to help you around the clock, or you can call 110 to contact local Police for any assistant. It is recommend to write down the plate number, model and color of each taxi you use.

Stay away from dark alleys and areas that look deserted.

Exchange your currencies only with accredited foreign exchange dealers and always ask for receipt.

Be alert of suspicious persons and activities.
