3. Dressed in dark glasses and old clothes, they had taken special precautions so that no one should recognize them. Dressed in dark glasses and old clothes 是主句的伴随状语;they had taken special precautions 是主干 把含有bedressedin的句子转换成状语,其实就是去掉了系动词be,类似的结构很多,例如:eg: Heisinte

、restedinEnglish. He listens to BBC every day. Interested in English,he listens to BBC every day. so that no one should recognize them 是目的状语从句 =so that people wouldnt recognized them=so that they

例如:eg:I watched a movie yesterday. / Yesterday I watched a movie. disguise1)disguise sb/sth with sth disguise sb/sth as sb/sth.

(真是坏透了) 2) No newspaper men, no film fans! There are no newspaper men and no film fans! 3) Why not?

“Why +dont/doesnt +主语 +动词?” (advice)Why dont you have a rest? Why not + do sth.?Why not have the basement painted? Why not speak it up?6. (sheriff 是一种官衔,官衔前面不加冠词)eg: He is president. 总统(官衔) eg: Who is monitor? 谁是班长(官衔) eg: I am a teacher.

、词)2)No Camping! 时往往用no+名词动名词或名词短语,如: No Camping(禁止野营), No smoking(禁止吸烟), No Parking(禁止停车), No Left Turn (禁止左转弯)。 No Smoking 禁止吸烟No Photos 请勿拍照 No Visitors 游人止步 No Entry 禁止入内No Admittance 闲人免进 No Honking 禁止鸣喇叭 No Litter 勿乱扔杂物N

3)in case you cant read,除非你们不识字。 当句子表示将来的时间时,in case后面必须用现在时态或should/might:eg: Im taking a raincoat with me in case I need it. (表示目的)eg: In case he comes/should come, give him this letter.
