新进员工培训计划
The Initial Training Plan must be prepared when we have newcomer in our department.
在本部门有新到职员工时,需要准备好“新进员工培训计划”。
The plan must be prepared by the supervisor of the particular department, and must be approved by the department head.
“计划”必须由相关部门主管和部门培训员草拟,并由部门经理批准。
The plan must cover the priority key tasks and responsibilities of the position, that need urgent training within the first two weeks of employment.
“计划”必须涵盖该职位最关键和最紧要的工作内容以及职责,即那些需要在新员工入职头两个星期安排培训的内容。
The plan must be prepared according to the job description and previous experience of the new employee.
“计划”必须按照新员工的岗位描述极其以往工作经验进行准备。
The plan has to be given to the new employee and fully explained on the first day of employment.
“计划”必须在新员工入职第一天告诉并详细解释给他们听。
After two weeks of employment, and when the tasks are signed off, a copy of the plan must be forwarded to the HR department.
“新进员工培训计划检查表”在新员工入职两周后填写完毕,需送交一份给人力资源部。
