Module 1 My First Day at Senior High教学设计
一、教学内容分析
本课是高中英语选修八第一模块的一篇阅读课,新教材阅读课的特点是信息量大,时代性强,内容新颖。教师在教材处理时要根据这些特点,充分调动学生学习语言的兴趣,发挥他们自主学习的积极性、主动性,提高学生在阅读中获取信息、处理信息和运用信息的能力。我在教学中将淡化语言点和语法知识的简单传授，采用任务型教学法和小组合作探究学习法，从而扩大课堂的语料输进量及学生的语言输出量。
二、学习者分析
在目前学生数普遍过多的情况下,如果按照传统的方法进行教学,学生很少有语言实践和交流的机会,很难主动参与课堂活动,从而影响了学生语言运用能力的培养;利用学案及小组合作的教学形式,使学生对本话题内容提前有所了解。同时,使班上更多的学生在同一时间内直接参与到交流活动中来,提供一种主动的学习方式,营造良好的情感气氛,使学生有更多的机会轻松、自由地表达自己的观点,并能发挥更多的自主性,从而培养学生的英语思维习惯,提高他们运用语言的能力,达到学习语言的目的。
根据班级规模以及学生英语水平的不同,把学生分成若干学习小组,每组4至5人,课前下发一份学案和小组评价表(略)。学案要求组内合作完成,课后组内对这节课的完成情况对本组成员做以评价。
三、教学目标
（一) 认知目标
　1．充分理解课文大意并完成所给的任务。
　2．学会使用阅读策略（skimming and scanning）来阅读和理解课文
　3．能够复述课文
（二）情感目标
抱着开放的态度了解其他国家南极科考和科学发展水平的成果。
（三）智力目标
在运用完成阅读任务的过程中培养学生的观察力、分析力、想象力和自学能力，帮助学生进步思维能力和运用英语的综合能力，激发创造能力。
四、教学手段
1、多媒体辅助：将本课所需要的图片、文字、图表和音乐制成CAI软件使抽象的语言变得直观，为学生运用英语进行交际创设情景。
2、测试性和非测试性评价：本课我将各种活动设计成小组活动和当堂检测等测试性评价手段帮助老师了解学生的学习效果。同时让学生填写课堂自我评价表等非测试性评价手段，帮助学生学会自主学习，学会与人合作，培养创新意识以及具备科学的价值观。
五、教学过程设计：
Step1 Present Learning goals (1m)
　1. To grasp the key words and expressions
2. To fully understand the passage, improve reading skills and develop all-round abilities
3. To learn about the achievements of other countries’ scientific research into Antarctica and their development level of science with an open attitude.
Step2 Warming up (2m)
　Look at a short video of Antarctica.
设计意图：视频导入导入到南极洲这篇文章当中。
Step3 Fast reading（泛读）教学时间：10m
设计意图：任务型和活动型教学法
　任务1：先独自快速限时(3 minutes)阅读，把阅读课文作为整体来处理，检查学生对课文中的事实的表层理解，让学生对文章有一个了解。然后通过小组活动，交流合作。本环节难度不高，即便学困生也能在其小组成员的帮助下完成此任务。成功给人以最大的满足，产生自豪感，增强学习毅力。更重要的是总结出他们在阅读中所用的方法——略读（skimming to get the heading of each paragraph）

设计意图：小组活动
　任务1：任务型和活动型教学法。在快速阅读环节对课文表层理解的基础上，通过判断对误来锻炼学生对细节信息寻找和概括的能力，此处对学生是有挑战性的。然后同组的学生互相讨论，分工合作，交流意见，得出结果。

任务2：细节知识的处理：此处为两个选择题，设置意图告诉学生在阅读中碰到生词要学会通过语境去猜测词意。

任务3：挑战型教学法。通过前面的练习，学生对课文大意以及细节都有了相关了解，此处设置三个问题，通过抢答的模式，来看看学生对文章掌握的如何。

其中专业理论知识内容包括：保安理论知识、消防业务知识、职业道德、法律常识、保安礼仪、救护知识。作技能训练内容包括：岗位操作指引、勤务技能、消防技能、军事技能。
二．培训的及要求培训目的
安全生产目标责任书
为了进一步落实安全生产责任制，做到“责、权、利”相结合，根据我公司2015年度安全生产目标的内容，现与财务部签订如下安全生产目标：
一、目标值：
1、全年人身死亡事故为零，重伤事故为零，轻伤人数为零。
2、现金安全保管，不发生盗窃事故。
3、每月足额提取安全生产费用，保障安全生产投入资金的到位。
4、安全培训合格率为100%。
二、本单位安全工作上必须做到以下内容：
1、对本单位的安全生产负直接领导责任，必须模范遵守公司的各项安全管理制度，不发布与公司安全管理制度相抵触的指令，严格履行本人的安全职责，确保安全责任制在本单位全面落实，并全力支持安全工作。
2、保证公司各项安全管理制度和管理办法在本单位内全面实施，并自觉接受公司安全部门的监督和管理。
3、在确保安全的前提下组织生产，始终把安全工作放在首位，当“安全与交货期、质量”发生矛盾时，坚持安全第一的原则。
4、参加生产碰头会时，首先汇报本单位的安全生产情况和安全问题落实情况；在安排本单位生产任务时，必须安排安全工作内容，并写入记录。
5、在公司及政府的安全检查中杜绝各类违章现象。
6、组织本部门积极参加安全检查，做到有检查、有整改，记录全。
7、以身作则，不违章指挥、不违章操作。对发现的各类违章现象负有查禁的责任，同时要予以查处。
8、虚心接受员工提出的问题，杜绝不接受或盲目指挥；
9、发生事故，应立即报告主管领导，按照“四不放过”的原则召开事故分析会，提出整改措施和对责任者的处理意见，并填写事故登记表，严禁隐瞒不报或降低对责任者的处罚标准。
10、必须按规定对单位员工进行培训和新员工上岗教育；
11、严格执行公司安全生产十六项禁令，保证本单位所有人员不违章作业。
三、 安全奖惩：
1、对于全年实现安全目标的按照公司生产现场管理规定和工作说明书进行考核奖励；对于未实现安全目标的按照公司规定进行处罚。
