9、法,并根据所给短文的信息,综合运用所学的知识,完成写作任务教学重点:英语发言稿的技巧及写作方法指导训练 教学难点:写作方法指导训练 教学过程:一、 引言纵观近年来的高考英语书面表达题,有关发言稿的考查在20042009年部分省市的高考书面表达题都出现过,例如:09年安徽 天津、08年江苏 陕西、07年江苏 江西 06年福建 、05年安徽、04年天津等地的书面表达题,都是以发言稿的命题形式出现的。由此可见,发言稿目前也是高考书面表达最流行的题目之一,所以今天这堂课的任务是学习怎样写发言稿。 (见屏幕)二. 发言稿的写作技巧与方法指导发言稿是生活中一种常见的应用文体,是参加会议的人为了在会议上表达

10、自己的意见、看法、进行思想汇报或工作情况汇报而事先准备好的文稿。英文开幕词、闭幕词、欢迎词、欢送词、告别词和演讲稿是正式社交场合最常见的发言稿。 (1) 格式发言稿一般由称呼语、正文和结束语三部分组成。 发言稿的开头和结尾一般有固定的格式。 例如:(见屏幕) dear friends,i am very glad to introduce muself to youthats all .thank you. dear friends,today i am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas ofthats all .thank you

11、 for listening。good morning /good afternoon,everyone.thats all .thank you. good evening! ladies and gentlementhats all .thank you. hi,everyone,it is so nice to see all of you herethats all .thank you for listening .(至于开幕词、闭幕词、欢迎词、欢送词、告别词的开头与结尾我们以后再讲) (2)正文(见屏幕)发言稿正文常分为三部分:(1) 第一部分:开门见山地提出本人要谈的问题及对问题

12、的看法(2) 第二部分:说明理由。常用到的连接成分有:first of all,secondly,finally等等。 (3) 第三部分:照应开头,总结全文。可以对全文作简明扼要的总结,也可以谈自己的感想、看法或期望。 常用到的句式有:in short,in a word,i think,i expect等因为高考试题在命题形式上侧重于考查发言稿正文的写法。所以写正文时要注意以下三点: (1) 观点要鲜明。对问题持有什看法,要明确表态,不要含糊其辞。要中心明确,重点突出,但不必面面俱到。(2) 条理要清晰。一篇发言稿要谈几方面的问题,每一方面有那些要点要进行阐述,都要安排得有条有理,让人听起来

13、容易抓住重点。 (3) 适当增加关联词和细节。发言稿开头于结尾已经给出。那么在命题形式上侧重于考查发言稿正文的写法,所以我们在根据要点组织正文内容时,可以适当增加关联词和细节,以使短文连贯、完整。(4) 语言要简洁明快,发言时因为要直接面对听众,所以发言稿的特定形式决定了其语言的口语性强,因此应少用复杂句,多用简单句。话说的要准确、易懂,最好运用大众语言。所以我们在组织句子时要注意“三多一少”即简单句式多,祈使句多、情态动词多,修饰性词语少。但文中的句型也要善于变化,不要过于单一。 三、 现场演练现在我们按照所讲的发言稿的格式和要求,以下面提供的短文为例,来实践一下怎么样写好发言稿例题:假如你
