Top 10%. I believe there are two things a leader should have: concern and responsibility. Regularly, I talk to my fellows to know what they think about their work, and helped them find their positions. While work I will never give up and always try my best.  

Please describe your career objective and what you have done to date to achieve it. 
I choose financial advisor as my career way. Because I like to research and help people solving their problems. This decision just made up in last semester. I haven't prepared much for it but everything I have done I treated it seriously. As my major is International Economics and Trade, I choose some lessons that related to investment to learn. Meanwhile I read some books about investment principle and business comments on newspapers.
I choose auditing as my career way. Because auditing will provide me an opportunity to know many different companies and industries. I am an active and easy-going girl. I would like to cooperate with people from various backgrounds. This decision is made up in last year. As my major is Business Management, I choose some lessons such as accounting, auditing and finance to learn. Meanwhile I learned three CPA courses by my self and attended the examination in Sep, 2006. The CPA certification is one of my target in the coming year.

Please give a brief summary of your current recreational and leisure activities, including sports and hobbies.
I am an outgoing and energetic girl. I love playing sport games especially badminton and bowling. Usually I play them on weekends with my friends. Though currently I am busy preparing for athletic championship, I just walk around campus after meals for half an hour. Besides reading is also my favorite leisure activity. Investment Banking and Harry Potter 6(UK edition)are the books I read recently. Whenever listening to music is my best choice to rest myself.
I am an outgoing and energetic girl. I love outdoor sports. Usually I go out for camping or climbing mountains on weekends together with the members of Outdoor Club. Though currently I am busy preparing for paper, I just go swimming twice each week and run around the lake in our campus for half an hour every morning. Reading is also my favorite leisure activity. I like novels full of magical fantasy and books which urge me to think. Besides, listening to music and watching movie are also my choices to rest myself.

What clubs and societies are you a member of and in what capacity?
I like taking part in activities and working with peoples so I join the Student's union at college level for past three years. From Sep.2003 to June.2005 I am head of the Sports Department. My responsibility was 1.organizing and operating the Sports Event at college level such as Students Union Cup Basketball Games.2.taking charge of the department and arranging work 3.associating school’s authorities to run Annual Sports Games.
From Oct.2002 to June.2003 I was a member of the Research Department, I have organizing a series of questionnaires to investigate freshmen’s opinions about Zhuhai campus.
Now I prepare to be a volunteer of the 1st Asian University Athletic Championship. The championship will be hold on 7th~12th Nov. 

I love outdoor sports. Go camping near Tuanbo Lake in Tianjin in Oct, 2003 was my first time to participate in such activity. The wonderful experience strongly inspired my enthusiasm. After that, together with another 7 people, we established the first Outdoor Club in Tianjin University. I occupied the position of Propaganda Minister from Nov, 2003 to Jun, 2004. My responsibility was contacting with the media both inside and outside of campus, designing the promotion plan of our activities, announcing the spirit of this sport and our club to students, etc. Besides, I acted as the leader of the outdoor sports such as Traversing the Baiyangyu Wild Great Wall for several times. And I managed the first Outdoor Festivals held in Tianjin University which contains a series of activities such as outdoor equipment exhibition. The festival attracted thousands of people, some of which took part in the outdoor sports later.
From Sep, 2001 to Jun 2003 I was the member of Student ‘s Union at university level. I joined this society for I like taking part in activities and working with peoples. From Sep.2002 to Jun.2003 I am head of the Public Relationship Department. My responsibility was organizing and operating the some activities at university level such as Debate Contest, taking charge of the department and arranging work, associating with other societies and the media, soliciting more than 10000 RMB sponsorship for activities held by other departments from companies.
I was also the member of Beiyang Newspaper Office from Sep, 2001 to Jun 2003. I was the chief reporter and editor. I was responsible for the task assigned of the reporters. What factors have influenced your career choice?
There are many factors have influenced my career choice, but most significant one are my major and favorite. I study in school of economics for more than 3 years, being affected in such surroundings, I have developed a sharp business sense. Meanwhile mathematics is always my strong point so investment become the subjects I interested in and good at . As the result I decided to embark on investment profession. Maybe character is also important, I am active and easy-going so working with people is my strongpoint.

Outline your career ambitions and objectives.
I decide to take financial advisory as my job. Though I am not qualified to enter such professional occupation now. So at first I will join an enterprise that related to finance. The best way is recruited by some firms like KPMG which is the top one in audit. Working in audit department I can understand how finance industry runs. After 2 or 3 years of working, I would gain enough experience and money for further study.2 or more years later, with knowledge and experience, I will turn to advisory industry. At the end of ten years I hope to be a senior manager in advisory profession. Life is really a long way, so at this moment I only plan my ten years' career way.

  I have organized several activities, the one impressed me most is the first one totally run by myself .It is the 4th "Students' Union" Cup competition, which is a traditional game at campus level of our university and lasts the whole March.
I was the chief leader at that activity, the significant responsibility for me was to run the game prosperous. Indeed I worked under great pressure, everything from plan to awarding ceremony was arranged by myself, there always were problems, one after another I almost got mad. By the helping of my fellows, I cleared them all successfully. From it I learned two useful things apply to working: plan and manage time. Well planning is the only way to avoid disorganized. And manage time properly could have things done as planed.
The greatest success was let the whole university in a "basketball' mood. Schoolmates attended the match as many as they can for example players fans or spectators. They even mentioned it the year after.
I have organized several activities, the one impressed me most is the first free manager competition in Tianjin which was totally run by myself. It was held in May, 2006. At that time I joined in the SIFE team in Tianjin University and occupied the position of project manager. We decided to hold a competition at city level and lasts the whole May.
I was the chief leader at that activity. The significant responsibility for me was to attract more candidates from different universities and colleges in Tianjin and make the whole activity operated smoothly. Indeed I worked under great pressure, everything from plan to awarding ceremony was arranged by myself. The problems were coming one after another. My team gave me much support. We cooperated very well. In the end, we overcame all the difficulties. From it I learned two useful things apply to working: plan and manage time. Well planning is the only way to avoid disorganized. And manage time properly could have things done as planed.
The greatest success was more than 200 business plan was submitted to us by students from more than six school. We got 1000$ sponsorship from HSBC and invited some senior manager from very famous companies to be judges. Most people took part in our competition said that it was wonderful experiences and they learned a lot from it.

Describe a recent project you have worked on which demonstrates your determination to complete challenging tasks and your ability to work with others.
Every year our school have lots of sport games at all level held. The organizer of them can prepare everything except enough referees. Usually they ask us (Sports Department of SU at campus level) for help.
As the result I decided to set up a Student Referee Club on March. It is a new organization, and an new organization should have its rules and frame. I told my fellows about my thought and ask them for opinions. They all supported and gave me lots of useful ideas. I collected the material, wrote a proposal and submitted to teachers. They strongly agreed with the project and permitted our department to set it up.
The next thing is publicize the Student Referee Club. I divided all members for several groups. Some created the slogan, some went to hang up the posters around the campus, and my group's duty was holding a meeting with related organizations.
A lot of students like this new club and they joined in it. Finally the club has set up on May.

Why are you applying for this position?
PricewaterhouseCoopers is a would famous Audit Firm. Working in Pwc will be very challenging. I like challenge. Besides I can gain many experience which will be useful for my further study.
In my opinion transaction is the most interesting subjects in economics. The responsibilities of this position is supply financial advisory to customer, it really suits me. 

Why do you think you are suitable for this position, and what differentiates you from other candidates?
First of all I am a student of Economics School, I have learnt theories about finance and business. Besides my personality fits this job’s requirement. People often describes me as an energic and outgoing girl. I always smile as I believe smiling can put everybody in a happy mood. I love working with others and get on well with others. Especially working under pressure is my strongpoint. So I am qualify to work for this position.
