GENERAL DESCRIPTION 概要
A) General 综述
This specification together with general arrangement plan describes an Anchor Handling Tug/Supply Vessel of the UT 71Y-2 which is designed for satisfying the general demands offshore industry.
此规范连同总布置图记述了为满足近海工业而设计的UT 71Y-2型起(抛)锚
拖引/供应船。
The vessel to be equipped for Towing and Anchor handling and may be equipped for following option:

B) Arrangement, description
The ship to be arranged as a single Decker. Machinery to be arranged midship and all accommodation forward. The ship to be dimensioned for a maximum draft (approx. 6,20 m).
此船按单甲板布置,主机布置在船中部,所有的膳宿布置在船前面。在最大吃水条件下标注尺寸(大约6.2m)。
Further, two propellers in fixed nozzles, three side thrusters and two flap rudders to be arranged.
此外,装备了两个带有固定导流罩的螺旋桨,三个侧推进器和两个平面舵。
Two (2) off passive stabilizing tanks to be built below main deck. The ship to be arranged with accommodation for 20 persons. In addition reception and hospital to be arranged.

D) Trial Speed 试航速度
Vessel's trial speed at d = 4.0 to be approx. 17 knots in calm weather and with clean hull. On the trial trip exact speed measurement to be performed.
Continuous bollard pull: Approx.180 tonnes. Economic speed: 12 - 13 knots.
裸船体在风平浪静情况下,当d=4.0时的试航速度约为17节。在试航过程中要进行准确的速度测量。系缆柱持续牵引力:约180吨。经济航速12-13节。

F) Class , Tonnage Regulations, Certificates 入级 吨位 证书
Ship to be built by steel with full strength to main deck and to Lloyds Class +100Al, +LMC, UMS, Tug. Offshore Supply Ship. Fire-fighting Ship I (2400 m3/h) (hereafter called the Classification Society) under this institution's special survey and according to its newest rules and regulations for international trade.

The vessel shall fly British Flag and fulfil latest rules and regulations from SOLAS 1974 with amendments in force.

The following certificates are to be supplied in duplicate at the time of acceptance of the vessel and prior to departure from Builder’s Yard with copy to the Owner:

Regulations including main engines, generators, pump, compressors, windlass, electrical installation etc.

All drawings to be delivered by the Yard unless something else by special reason and for special drawings is particularly agreed upon. Approval of drawings at the relevant Class and control authorities to be obtained by the Yard.
Arrangement and Class drawings to be submitted to the Owner in quadruplicate for
approval.
所有图纸由船厂下发,除了那些具有特殊原因的特殊图纸经特别研究而定。由船厂获得相应船级社和管理机构对图纸的审核,总布置图和入级图纸提交船东,一式四份进行审核。
Drawings shall be returned by the Owners within 14 days after receipt in approved condition with eventual remarks, alternatively in refused condition. With the reasons given for the refusal and with eventual alternative proposals. Drawing not returned within the 14 days limit, to be regarded as approved.
注有审核意见和备注的图纸应在船东收到送审图纸14天内返还,在退审意见的范围内任选其一,根据退审意见确定最后的方案。图纸在规定的14天未返回,即被认为审核通过。
The Shipyard shall, upon delivery of the vessel, provide the Owner with 3 final copies of all major drawings. In addition one velograph or copy on floppy disk shall be delivered of the same drawings.
船厂应向船东提供三份最后完工图纸的复印件。另外向船东提供同样图纸的电子版或存于软盘的复件。
Manufacturers manuals for operation of the vessel's equipment in all modes to be provided.
提供所有模式的船舶设备的操作手册。
Two off manuals with suppliers' index to be delivered.
提供两份设备指标手册。
H) Materials 材料
All steel materials used to build this ship to be of first Class ship steel with certificate from the Classification Society.
Ship in general to be dimensioned according to the Classification Society’s regulations and rules for the stated trade.
所有钢材均使用由船级社认可的一级钢材。
船舶主尺度根据船级社规范和国家贸易规定而定。
I) Building method and workmanship 建造方法和工艺
Ship with machinery equipment and accessories in all concerns to be suitable and solid. All workmanship to be carried out according to approved drawings and good Yard practice. Steel work to be carried out according to NVS 6038 Accuracy in Shipbuilding.
船舶的机械设备和配套设备要协调,有效 可靠。工艺由退审图和船厂的经验而定,钢材处理符合NVS 6038要求的造船精度。
J) Purchase routines 采购程序
If equipment listed in this specification is not relevant at the time of purchase because:
1. The equipment is not longer in production;
2. The equipment is replaced by a newer generation;
then the Yard has the right to make use of other equipment than specified even if this to some extent differs from the specification as long as the intent of the specification is maintained .
如果所列设备规格在购买时没有,是因为 :

Following to be delivered by the Owner:
1. Galley and Mess utensils
2. Blankets and linen
3. Books and charts
4. Towing wire and anchor handling equipment:
2 x 1500 m ø76 mm dia. steel wire rope.
2 x 300 m ø76 mm dia. connected to 25 m towing rope of equal strength.
5. Spare parts and other equipment above Class requirements
6. Mooring ropes above Class requirement
7. Hand tools
Yard to install Owner’s delivery, without extra cost for the owner.

L) Trim & Stability
Minimum metacenter heights GM, for fully equipped and loaded ship to satisfy the National Authorities’ requirements.
The same to apply for the ship’s GZ-curves for characteristic loading conditions.
When the ship is as near fulfillment as possible, an inclination experiment to be carried out and stability calculations to be submitted to the National Authorities for approval. The stability calculations also to be submitted to the Owner for approval.
Trim-and stability calculations to be supplied to Owner on diskettes in ASCII-format.
对装上所有设备和装载时,最小初稳性高GM应满足国家船检要求。
同样适用于装载时GZ特征曲线。
为了尽量满足标准,须做倾斜试验和稳性计算并提交国内船检审核,稳性计算还应提交船东审核.
倾斜和稳性计算应以ASCII格式存于软盘交给船东。

Before the work starts, the arrangement and accommodation drawings to be supplied with as many details as possible and submitted to the Owner's for approval.
工作开始之前,需把最详细的总布置图和舱室布置图提交船东认可.
The Yard shall base their price on the components of the equipment especially mentioned in the specification. Other equipment and components may be accepted on separate agreement to where this is found suitable. The Yard shall in such occasions give the price connection involved for alteration beforehand.
Model test for same hull form is carried out.
船厂应根据规格书中提出的设备,部件报价.如果合适的话,其余的设备,部件单独协商.在需变更的情况下,船厂因事先给出相关价格.本船必须进行模型试验.
109 Instruction Material 设备使用说明手册
Instruction manuals in three copies for all machinery and equipment to be delivered.
Manuals to be in English.
所有机械,设备的使用说明手册须一式三份,英语书写.
Yard shall also ensure that the ship’s crew have the necessary instructions on board for using the equipment fitted.
船厂应保证本船的船员在使用设备时有详尽的使用说明.
127 Model 船模
One ship model of the vessel to be delivered (scale 1:100).
本船应有一1:100的船模.
15 MEASUREIENTS TESTS & TRIALS 测试和试验
151 Test of Machinery 设备测试
Before trial test of the main engine at the factory, the Owner shall be called upon in due course.
在进行主机测试之前,必须正式通知船东.
Torsional vibration calculations to be carried out by the engine manufacturer and submitted to the Owner and the Class for approval.
主机厂商必须进行扭振计算,并提交船东,船级社认可.
Before the trial trip the main machinery to be tested at dock until the engine and propellers suppliers are satisfied with the preliminary adjustments. Instruments and alarm plant shall be tested.
航行试验前须进行主机,推进器的船台测试并须得到供应商对初调的认可,同时进行仪表和报警系统的测试.
The machinery to be tested at dock before the trial trip to the extent necessary to obtain a temporary service permission for the trial trip from Class and National Authorities.
自航试验之前,必须在船台进行足够,必须的试验以获得船级社和国家机构对自航试验性暂时服务的许可.
All machinery to be tested to the Owner’s, Class and sub-contractors eventual satisfaction.
所有设备必须进行测试以满足船东,船级社和分包商的认可.
152 Tank capacity, inclination experiment 舱容,倾斜试验
All tanks to be calculated and sounding Tables to be made.
所有舱室须计算舱容,做出舱容表.
Two conditions with trim forward. One for even keel condition and two for condition with trim aft.
有两种前面调整的情况。一种是龙骨情况和另一种是调整后面。

153 Fuel and lub oil for dock and trial test 船台和自航的燃滑油
Make of lub. Oil to be decided by the Owner in due course before delivery.
船东通过正式程序决定燃滑油的牌号
Owner to supply fuel oil lub. Oil and grease for initial filing of the systems.
系统初始的燃油,滑油,润滑油脂由船东提供.
The Builder shall pay the cod of the quantities of fuel oil lubricating oil and grease for initial fill-up of equipment as well as consumed during tests and trials.
测试和航行试验中需要的燃滑油,润滑油脂由船厂提供.
The consumption of fuel oil, lubricating oil and grease for the Builder's account shall be calculated as the difference between the supplied amount and the remaining amount in storage tanks and drums.
船厂账面燃滑油,润滑油脂的消耗量应在供应量与油舱内的剩余量上分别计算.
154 Trial Trip 航行试验
Technical trial trip to be carried out according to the Class and National Authorities' requirements.
航行试验技术要求应符合船级社和国家机构的要求.
A special programme for technical trial trip to be submitted to the Owner at least 2 weeks before the trip.
对航行试验的特别程序应在试验前2周提交船东.
Tests to be included: 测试包括:
