Only full carton unit goods could be returned or exchanged.只能退换整件货物。2. In case goods return or exchange request caused by customers themselves, they should ship the goods to BCS warehouse assigned after application is approved. 由于客户自身原因要求退换货，经批准后，客户需自行安排将货物运往BCS指定仓库。3. If the transportation of goods return or exchange arranged by BCS, returned goods should be ready for picking-up at customer side before application submit. 如果退换货相关运输由BCS负责，在申请递交前，需要退换的货物应该在客户处整理齐备。4.
