Remarks 备注：
1. Only full carton unit goods could be returned or exchanged.只能退换整件货物。
2. In case goods return or exchange request caused by customers themselves, they should ship the goods to BCS warehouse assigned after application is approved. 由于客户自身原因要求退换货，经批准后，客户需自行安排将货物运往BCS指定仓库。
3. If the transportation of goods return or exchange arranged by BCS, returned goods should be ready for picking-up at customer side before application submit. 如果退换货相关运输由BCS负责，在申请递交前，需要退换的货物应该在客户处整理齐备。
4. Regional Sales Manager’s comment is needed if the value of a return or exchange order is over RMB 50,000. 如单笔退换货申请金额在RMB 50,000元以上，需相关大区经理批复意见。
