15、mycin;Minocycline;Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole;OtherIsotretinoin,Primary and only approved use is for severe,recalcitrant,cystic acne,refractory to conventional anti-acne measures,including systemic antibiotics.For women of childbearing potential,Appendix A guidelines apply.Systemic therapyHormonal
