1 适用范围
本文件适用于水工工程大型砼构件起重船安装作业。

3 职责
3.1施工单位：负责组织编制施工组织设计中安装工程技术、环境与职业健康安全措施。负责向本单位作业人员提供个人安全防护用具。使用取得特种作业操作资格证书的起重工、焊工、潜水工。
3.2 施工单位技术主管：负责控制整个安装作业的质量、环境、职业健康安全及进度，负责船舶施工各环节的技术监督、协调。负责把有关质量、环境与职业健康安全施工的技术要求向作业班组、作业人员作详细交底。
3.3 船舶单位：负责提供适航的、符合安装作业要求的船舶和船员，确保设备良好技术状态。
3.4 船舶单位技术主管：负责船舶安装作业的技术、环境、安全及进度。
4 实施要求
焊机：构件临时加固用。
气割工具：配合构件安装。
4.2施工步骤
4.2.1 准备工作
4.2.1.1施工单位应组织船舶单位和安装施工有关人员察看施工现场，掌握当地水文、气象、地貌等情况，船舶单位技术主管按要求编制船机施工方案，并征得施工单位同意。
4.2.1.2 办理航行通告手续。
4.2.1.3 施工单位技术主管组织对船舶单位及有关人员进行施工前施工技术、环境与职业健康安全交底。
4.2.1.4 船舶单位负责调遣船舶并做好施工前的一切准备、检查及试车工作。按规定出运构件。
4.2.1.5 测量班按照测量要求布置测量控制点，并对基床进行检查，必要时由潜水员进行检查。
4.2.2 重力式码头方块、圆筒和扶壁安装
4.2.2.1 起重船、装载构件的驳船在拖轮配合下进行抛锚定位。
4.2.2.2 起重船移船靠近装载构件的驳船后，降主钩至适当高度，起重指挥者指 4.2.2.3 起吊后，检查构件底面是否与基床面倾斜一致，不一致时应作调整，以免挫坏基床。

4.2.2.6解扣后，起重船升主钩，在吊具、吊笼离构件后方可移船。
4.2.2.7 安装过程中不应发生构件碰撞造成的棱角残缺现象，如有影响结构或耐久性的棱角残缺或裂缝，应修补合格后再安装。
4.2.3 高桩式码头梁板安装
4.2.3.1 构件在立面上的安装顺序：安下横梁→安靠船构件→钢筋绑扎、焊接 →立模→现浇下横梁节点砼→安纵梁→安装面板→钢筋绑扎、焊接 →立模→现浇上横梁。
4.2.3.2 构件在平面上的安装顺序：在有栈桥的情况下，一般从栈桥接引堤部位开始向码头方向进行；在码头部分则由一端向另一端分段进行，上部结构施工形成流水作业。
4.2.3.3 横梁、纵梁、面板安装
4.2.3.4 靠船构件安装
⑸ 座浆参照4.2.3.3⑴。
4.2.3.5 横撑、边梁安装
⑴ 安装前先浇注靠船构件与横梁和桩帽之间的砼，待强度达70%。
⑵ 起重班长指挥起重船起吊构件至安装点，钢筋工调整靠船构件锚固筋后，起重工再指挥起重船降钩安放。
⑶ 安装后，电焊工及时焊接节点钢筋，随之立模浇筑砼。
4.2.3.6 面板安装
⑴ 安装前测量工在梁上放设安装面板的边线。
⑵ 起重船移船、起吊面板至安装点按测量工提供的划线安放。
⑶ 安装就位经检查符合设计要求和规范，并经施工单位分项工程技术主管认可，方可解扣、起重船起钩、移船。
⑷ 座浆参照4.2.3.3⑴。
4.3现场控制点及控制要求
施工方案必须经审批同意才能组织施工。施工前，分项技术人员按QI7-1《施工技术、环境与职业健康安全交底指导书》的要求向作业人员详细交底。特殊构件安装要组织典型施工，完善方案后才正式施工。
4.3.1 质量控制
4.3.1.1 安装构件前，应对基床再进行检查，不符合技术标准者应予修整和清理。
4.3.1.2 起吊构件或安放构件时慢起轻放，不得损坏构件。
4.3.1.3伸缩缝应上下贯通并顺直。
4.3.1.4控制标准
⑴ 方块、扶壁、梁、板安装的质量检验评定标准见《港口工程质量检验评定标准》。
⑵ 重力式码头方块、空心块体、扶壁及圆筒预制构件安装允许偏差应符合《重力式码头设计与施工规范》表10.2.8-1，表10.2.8-2和表10.2.8-3的规定。
⑶ 高桩梁板式码头预制构件安装偏差应符合《高桩码头设计与施工规范》表12.0.7的规定。
4.3.2 职业健康安全控制
4.3.2.1 配备与施工工艺相适应的船舶、机械及吊具，估算构件重量与船机设备技术使用性能接近临界时要认真进行可行性分析，船机配置与吊具设计的安全系数要符合规范要求。
4.3.2.2起重船安装作业按制订的施工方案和QI7-31《起重机械起重安装作业指导书》的要求执行。
4.3.2.3 高空作业按QI7-28《高处施工作业指导书》执行。
4.3.2.4 水上作业按QI7-27《水上施工作业指导书》执行。
4.3.2.5 夜间作业要有足够的照明。
4.3.2.6 潜水员严格按QI7-9《潜水作业指导书》规定遵守安全操作规程。
4.3.3 环境控制
4.3.3.1 严格执行QI7-43《污水控制管理规定》，防止操作性油、污水泄漏污染水域，严禁把舱底油污水直接排放舱外。
