厨房排油烟管道施工工艺标准1. 适用范围本工艺标准规定了厨房排油烟安装施工要求，方法和质量控制标准。本工艺标准适用于：酒店、餐饮中心等厨房区域的排油烟管道施工。2. 引用标准、规范(1)通风与空调施工质量验收规范(GB502432002)（2）通风管道施工技术规程（JGJ141-2004）3. 引用标准、规范(GB502432002术语)（1）风管：采用金属、非金属薄板或其他材料制作而成，用于空气流通的管道。 （2）风道：采用混凝土、砖等建筑材料砌筑而成，用于空气流通的通道。（3）通风总管：通风机进出口与系统合流或分流处之间的通风管段。 （4）通风干管：连接若干支管的合流或分流的主干通风管段。（5）通风支管：通风干管与送风口，回风口等连接的管段。（6）风管配件：风管系统中的弯管、三通、四通、各类变径及异型管、导流叶片和法兰等。（7）风管部件：通风系统中的各类风口、阀门等。4.施 工 准 备4.1技 术 准 备(1) 认真审阅图纸资料，按照设计要求进行具体准备工作；(2) 明确提出施工的范围和质量标准，并据此定出合理可行的施工周期；(3) 操作人员须了解所使用机械的性能并能熟练操作。4.2物 资 准 备所使用板材、型钢材料（包括附材）、各类阀件等应具有出厂合格证书或质量鉴定文件。制作风管及配件的板材厚度应符合设计要求。板材表面不得有划伤、结疤，。必须具有制造厂的产品证明书和合格证。铭牌应清晰、完整，随机文件齐全，经开箱检查合格。所有材料进场后要堆放整齐，并作好相应的标识。4.3施工设施准备（1）施工设备：序号名称及规格1氩弧焊机2氩气3剪板机4折方机5交流电焊机6不锈钢焊丝7酸洗钝化液8手锤（2）检测工具：序号名 称单 位数 量备注1游标卡尺只12钢直尺只23钢卷尺只54法兰靠尺把14.4作业条件准备（1）、熟悉图纸、规范等技术资料，编制并组织方案会审。确定风管横向连接时采用翻边对接焊，翻边尺寸为15mm，确定不锈钢薄板矩形风管的加固采取不锈钢角钢加固框加固和直角形加固相结合的方法。（2）、检查各种设备运行情况做好记录。5、施工工艺： 5.1施工工艺流程：制定方案施工准备角钢下料钢板裁剪下料加固框预制翻边、折方风管组对、套加固框风管纵向焊接成型风管横向焊接焊接加固框直角型加固酸洗钝化5.2操作要求：在镀锌钢板风管制作标准的基础上，采用氩弧焊，对不锈钢薄板矩形风管进行焊接制作，不仅在横向连接处采用氩弧焊焊接，并在风管横向连接时也采用氩弧焊焊接，即所有的风管接缝处均施以氩弧焊焊接。不锈钢薄板矩形风管的加固采取不锈钢角钢加固框加固和直角形加固相结合的方法，以保证其符合风管的刚度等级要求。（1） 翻边、折方按照15mm的翻边尺寸，先将风管横向焊接处所需翻边在折方机上折出，然后再按照风管边长折方。（2）角钢下料、加固框预制确定风管加固框所确定使用的角钢(一般规格规格为30303)。按照风管的规格尺寸，对不锈钢角钢下料，电焊焊接。（3） 风管组对、套加固框下好料后将两块不锈钢板组对好（风管组对如图5.2.3-1），在焊接之前将已经制作好的加固框套在组对好的风管上（风管套加固框如图5.2.3-2）。图5.2.3-1 风管组对实物图图5.2.3-2 风管套加固框实物图（4）风管纵向焊接成型 将组对好的风管用夹具固定好，进行风管的纵向焊接。风管纵向焊接的接缝形式为角接焊，参见图5.2.4。不锈钢焊丝不锈钢板图5.2.4 风管纵向角接焊示意图为使风管焊缝均匀地受热和冷却，以减少变形，焊接时从中间往两头逆向分段施焊；组对时先将风管点焊，用夹具将其固定后再进行焊接，焊接时形成的高温，在冷却过程中所产生的收缩变形由夹具克服，达到防止变形的目的。（6）风管横向焊接将两节成型好的风管放在夹具台上，用夹具将其固定好后，再进行横向焊接。由于风管壁厚太薄，若直接平面对焊将产生较大的变形，且不易进行操作及加固，现采用翻边对接焊的形式，参见图5.2.6-1与5.2.6-2。 不锈钢板不锈钢焊丝图5.2.6-1 风管横向翻边对接焊示意图风管的翻边高度控制为15mm，若翻边过小，不仅不便于焊接操作及夹具的使用，且容易使焊接时的高温传递到风管，从而引起风管的变形。若翻边过大，将浪费材料。图5.2.6-2 风管横向翻边对接焊实物图（7）焊接加固框将已经套好的不锈钢角钢加固框移至每节风管的横向翻边连接处，用夹具与翻边夹好，将风管横向翻边对接焊处与不锈钢加固框焊接（参见图5.2.7-1与5.2.7-2）。这样可以避免角钢与风管直接焊接过程中产生的变形。由于不锈钢角钢加固框仅起到加固的作用，故其与风管翻边处的焊接可采用断续焊。断续焊前，将断续焊焊缝长度统一为20mm，断续焊间距与采用法兰连接时法兰螺孔的间距一致。为使其间距均匀，先在风管上画好断续焊的位置，再行施焊。图5.2.7-1 风管加固框焊接示意图图5.2.7-2 风管加固框焊接实物图（8） 直角型加固该项目厨房排油烟系统风管压力等级均为中压系统，现选用直角形加固的加固形式。不锈钢板的机械强度比镀锌钢板大，故直角型加固所采用的材料为=1.0mm厚的不锈钢板，与风管之间焊接连接。选用直角型加固既可以节省传统的不锈钢角钢加固，又可以充分利用风管制作过程中的边角废料。直角形加固参见图5.2.8。图5.2.8 风管直角形加固实物图根据矩形风管加固刚度等级（参见表5.2.8-1）来确定风管的横向加固允许最大间距（参见表5.2.8-2），对于边长小于等于800 mm的一面不需要进行加固，风管需要加固的边长规格主要有1000mm、1250 mm、1600 mm等几种，其加固允许的最大间距分别为1000mm、800mm、625mm，为了风管的整体外观效果，统一选用加固件高度为30mm，在每节风管中间位置加一道直角形加固即可满足要求。表5.2.8-1 矩形风管加固刚度等级加固形式加固件规格(mm)加固件高度h（mm）152530405060刚度等级外框加固直角形加固=1.0-G2G3-续表5.2.8-2 矩形风管横向加固允许最大间距（mm）刚度等级风管边长b5006308001000 125016002000允许最大间距中压风管G2300012501250625500400400G33000160012501000800625500（9）酸洗钝化焊接后，应对焊缝及风管表面进行清理，即先去除油污及焊渣和飞溅物、然后用酸洗钝化膏酸洗钝化，再用清水冲洗干净，如图5.2.9。安装完成后如图5.2.10。图5.2.9风管焊缝酸洗钝化实物图图5.2.10安装完成厚的实物图6 质量控制（1）工程质量控制标准风管制作质量标准按照通风与空调工程施工质量验收规范GB502432002和通风管道技术规程JGJ141-2004执行。（2） 质量保证措施6.2.1 首先在对不锈钢板下料、加工时，工作台应铺设地毯，划线时不得使用锋利的划针，度量、咬口时用木方尺和木锤，避免在板材表面造成伤痕和凹陷，风管不需加工的表面应尽量保持平整，不得有锤印。6.2.2 不锈钢板材在加工或保管堆放过程中，要避免与碳素钢接触，防止由于碳素钢的铁屑与不锈钢长时间接触，使其表面出现腐蚀中心，破坏表面的氧化层钝化膜。6.2.3 焊缝表面和热影响区不能有裂纹、过热现象，也不得有气孔、夹渣，氩弧焊焊缝表面不得有发黑、发黄、花斑等现象。焊接后，应对焊缝及风管表面进行清理，即先去除油污及焊渣和飞溅物、然后用酸洗液钝化液酸洗钝化，再用水冲洗干净。6.2.4 不锈钢风管在制作过程中的防变形处理。在制作较复杂形状的配件时先下好样板，再在不锈钢板上划线下料，以免下错料引起返工、产生不必要的变形。尽量使用机械加工，如剪切、折边、咬口等做到一次成型，减少手工操作，因板材经锤击敲打会引起内应力造成不均匀的变形，敲打次数越多应力就越大、板材变硬、造成加工困难、容易产生变形。采用正确的焊接顺序和组对方法：焊接时宜从中间往两头逆向分段施焊，使风管焊缝均匀地受热和冷却，以减少变形；组对焊接时先将风管点焊后，用夹具将其固定后再进行焊接，焊接时形成的高温，在冷却过程中所产生的收缩变形由夹具克服，达到防止变形的目的。直角形加固焊接使用夹具实物图参见图8.2.4。变形后的矫正，焊后用木锤或铜锤另一侧衬垫板（与风管同弧度）进行锤击矫正，锤击时用力均匀、不得猛烈敲击。图8.2.4 直角形加固焊接使用夹具实物图6.2.5 在断续焊时，为保证焊缝的长度及间距的统一，在焊接前，需将焊缝的位置画出后，再行施焊。7成品保护在工程项目施工中，必须充分重视成品半成品的保护工作，道理很简单，哪怕生产出来的产品是优质品，若保护不好，遭受损伤或污染，那也就将会成为次品、废品、不合格品。保护的措施如下：（1）、合理有效安排施工顺序，按正确的施工流程组织施工，是进行成品保护的有效途径。（2）、施工人员要认真遵守现场成品保护制度，注意爱护建筑物的装修、成品、设备以及各种设施。（3）、对于贵重、易损的仪表、零部件尽量在调试后再进行安装。必须提前安装的要采取妥善的保护措施，以防丢失、损坏。（4）、设备开箱清点后，对易丢失、易损部件应制定专人负责入库保管，各类小型仪表元件及进口零部件，在安装前不要拆包装，设备搬运时，暴露在外的设备、元器件表面应防止碰撞。（5）、对成品有意、无意损坏的要视情节大小，给予处罚。（6）、在土建、装饰完成顶面、墙面、地面施工后，进行现场探测元件、灭火组件的安装，同时做好土建、装饰工程的成品保护，尊重他人劳动成果。因我方施工人员而破坏完成的工程，我方承担一切责任。（7）、为保证成品、半成品保护落到实处，我方在施工中将派专人负责成品、半成品的保护，凡我方施工人员损坏成品、半成品者，无论是自己的成品还是其他施工单位的成品，我们将立即把损坏者清退出场，并承担全部损失责任。8、环境因素及危险源控制措施8.1 环境因素控制措施(1)废料应集中堆放，不得随意丢弃，并在施工现场做到工完场清。(2)不得在施工现场焚烧油漆等会产生有毒、有害烟尘和恶臭气体的物质。(3) 在施工过程中尽量选用低噪音电动工具，以免造成噪音污染。8.2 危险源控制措施(1) 手持式电动工具的负荷线必须采用耐磨型橡皮护套铜芯软电缆，并且中间不得有接头。(2) 电动工具的外壳、手柄、负荷线、插头、开关等必须完好无损，使用前必须作空载试运转。(3)施工配合阶段预留孔洞应采用护板堵好，避免失足或坠物伤人。(4)管道井施工前，要检查头上和脚下临时防护措施，避免高出坠落物伤人（5）在孔洞清理过程中，应在孔洞清理部位的下部设置警戒线，并安排专人进行看护，防止坠物伤人。(6)使用电焊、气焊及明火时，必须按现场管理人员的规定办理动火申请，明火应远离易燃物，并在现场备足灭火器材，且做好必要防护，设专职监护人。（7）高处作业时，梯子应经常检查是否牢固。梯顶端应固着在建筑物上，底脚应设防滑段，或者下边应有专人扶梯。9记录执行本标准应形成以下质量记录：（1）风管板材出厂合格证。（2）排油烟风管安装工程预检、自检、互检记录。(3) 施工技术交底记录(4) 施工日志（5）设计变更洽商记录，竣工图。（6）排油烟风管分项工程质量检验评定记录。（7）漏光实验、漏风量测试记录（英文版 ） easily blame, to prevent the broken window effect.
