鉴于，甲方是一家拥有自主品牌的餐饮连锁企业，具有丰富的经验和成功的运营模式；乙方希望加盟甲方，共同发展；为明确双方的权利和义务，甲、乙双方本着平等、自愿、公平和诚实信用的原则，根据《中华人民共和国合同法》及其他相关法律法规的规定，就加盟合作事宜达成一致意见，特制定本协议。
第二章　合作内容
1. 甲方授权乙方在指定区域内使用甲方的品牌、商标、经营理念和技术，并提供相关的运营管理支持。
2. 乙方负责在合作区域内开设甲方品牌的加盟店，并按照甲方的规定经营管理。
3. 双方共同合作开展市场推广活动，扩大品牌影响力，提高销售业绩。
第三章　权利与义务
1. 甲方的权利和义务
（1）提供加盟店选址、装修设计、产品供应等支持；
（2）对乙方进行培训和指导，确保加盟店的正常运营；
（3）保护自有品牌形象和知识产权。
2. 乙方的权利和义务
（1）遵守甲方的经营管理制度和规定；
（2）支付加盟费、使用费等费用；
（3）积极参与市场推广活动，提高销售业绩；
（4）保护甲方的品牌形象和知识产权。
第四章　费用及结算方式
1. 加盟费：______元/家，乙方需在签订本协议后_____日内支付。

第七章　协议变更与终止
1. 本协议如需变更，应经双方书面协商一致；
2. 在合作期满后，如乙方不再继续加盟合作，应提前______个月书面通知甲方，履行完相关义务后解除合作关系；
3. 乙方严重违反协议规定，甲方有权立即终止合作，并追究乙方相应的法律责任。

Whereas, Party A is a catering chain enterprise with its own brand, rich experience, and successful operation model; Party B wishes to join Party A for common development; in order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, based on equality, voluntariness, fairness, and good faith, in accordance with the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, Party A and Party B have reached a consensus on franchising cooperation matters and formulated this agreement.
Chapter II Cooperation Content
1. Party A authorizes Party B to use Party A's brand, trademark, business philosophy, and technology in the designated area, and provides relevant operational management support.
2. Party B is responsible for opening a franchised store of Party A's brand in the cooperation area and operating according to Party A's regulations.
3. Both parties cooperate in conducting marketing activities to expand brand influence and improve sales performance.
Chapter III Rights and Obligations
1. Rights and obligations of Party A
(1) Provide support for site selection, decoration design, product supply, etc. for franchised stores;
(2) Train and guide Party B to ensure the normal operation of the franchised store;
(3) Protect the image and intellectual property rights of its own brand.
2. Rights and obligations of Party B
(1) Comply with Party A's operational management system and regulations;
(2) Pay franchise fees, user fees, and other fees;
(3) Actively participate in marketing activities to improve sales performance;
(4) Protect the brand image and intellectual property rights of Party A.
Chapter IV Fees and Payment Methods
1. Franchise fee: ____ yuan/store, Party B should pay within ______ days after signing this agreement.

Chapter V Confidentiality Clause
Both parties agree to keep confidential the information and materials related to commercial secrets obtained during the cooperation process during and after the cooperation, and not to disclose them to a third party without authorization.
Chapter VI Dispute Resolution
If disputes arise between the parties in the performance of this agreement, they should negotiate friendly for settlement; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the People's Court at the place where Party A is located.
Chapter VII Agreement Change and Termination
1. Any changes to this agreement should be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2. After the expiration of the cooperation period, if Party B no longer wishes to continue the franchise cooperation, Party B shall notify Party A in writing ______ months in advance, fulfill associated obligations, and terminate the cooperative relationship.
3. If Party B seriously violates the agreement, Party A has the right to immediately terminate the cooperation and pursue Party B's legal responsibilities accordingly.
Chapter VIII Miscellaneous
