Party A (Service Provider): (hereinafter referred to as Party A)
Party B (Employer): (hereinafter referred to as Party B)
In view of the fact that Party A has the ability and conditions to provide housekeeping services, and Party B is willing to employ Party A to provide housekeeping services, the two parties have signed this contract on (date) after friendly negotiation, and agree to abide by the following terms:
I. Service Content
1.1 Party A undertakes to provide Party B with reasonable and safe housekeeping services, including but not limited to cleaning, cooking, laundry, and childcare or eldercare.
1.2 Party B shall provide Party A with necessary service conditions, including a reasonable working environment, tools, and materials.
II. Service Hours
