B:In my opinion,deligence is a key factor to success.Deligence helps us remove ignorance,overcome difficulties,and enlighten our minds.I think weather one will be successful depends more on his deligence than on his cleverness.So long as we persevere in our hard,we are sure to make great progress.
A：Quite right.And devotion is another factor to success.Whatever we do,we should love it and do it wholeheartedly.Only when we set our minds on the job,can we do it well.
B:In addition,perseverance,or a strong will,is also an important factor to success.Without a strong will,we are likely to give up when we meet some difficulties,let alone perform wonderful deeds.
A:Yeah.By the way,what goals do you set for yourself?
B：After graduation,I hope I can be a qualified teacher.
A:Really?That is also what I aim at.In my four-year college life,I want to improve my ability and broaden my knowledge by working hard.
B:You know,class teaching ability is the basic ability for teachers.We need some practice.
A:Yeah.We can be tutors to gain some experience in our spare time.Besides,we should take good advantage of our probation period and learn from experienced teachers modestly.
B:We also can read some relevant books,which may give us basic pointers to get us started in the right direction.
A:Though there is still a long way,I’m confident.
B:If we try our best,I think both of us will be successful.What suggestions do you have for being a good teacher?
A:Good teachers should love their roles and love being with their students.They should have a great deal of patience and know that little steps in learning go a long way.They also should have a never ending willingness to ensure that all students reach their maximum potential.
B:Good ideas.As for me,success means not only brilliant achievement in our work but also happiness in our life.If we get along well with our family members and friends and our emotions are deep,it is very pleasing.
A:I can’t agree with you more.Love and care are so good things that everybody pursues them.
B:In a word,both good career and happy life are the form of success.Let us word hard to achieve what we want.
